I Choose You (A Nigerian Romance): Book 1 & 2

(Please note that this book is currently unedited) Vol 1~ I Choose You. (Completed) 'No matter what, No matter the time, No matter the place, No matter the century, No matter what's to come, I. will always. CHOOSE. YOU'. Everyone saw her as crazy..... But he saw her as nothing less than perfection. ................... Blurb: "Why?" was the only thing he said. Confused I asked "Why what?" "Why do you always do this to yourself?" the tone in which he spoke almost seemed like he was heartbroken about something. "Do what?" I dared to ask, although I knew already within me I wouldn't like his response. "Conceal your worth" ....................... *Btw book 1 is completely free to read* ....................... Vol 2~ No Matter What. (Completed) Blurb: As I gazed up to him because of how tall he was, he stared right back at me. I could feel the heat not only on my cheeks but on every single part of my body. "Say those words Rica. Say those two little words and I will make that little fantasy in your pretty head into reality" I gulped. Gone was the playful smirk that was once residing on his face. The intense look in his eyes now replaced that. With the little courage I could muster I whispered "Kiss me" A broad smile immediately streched out on his face. He didn't even wait a second before he swiftly complied to my request. ................ After two long years, the heir to the Zora enterprise is finally back. Why is he back after so long? But most importantly, why did he leave in the first place? Join Dili and Rica once again in their ever blissful rollercoaster of emotions. Will Rica be able to forgive Dili for leaving? After all he was the same person that promised he would never leave her all alone. Drama, love, pain, secrets, new characters and also maybe the jiggling of wedding bells? Book 2 most definitely has it all. ................ If you like this small insight of the story then please read on. The only thing I can guarantee you in this story is that it will definitely have a happy ending although for the two characters Rica and Dili to achieve that, they would have too pass through many difficult obstacles on their way to happiness. And trust me this isn't your normal Teenage story that is filled with rainbows and sunshine,(probably seems way too cliché writing this but ehn) there are a lot of gloomy days. If you don't mind that then please by all means do read on. .................. DISCLAIMER!: Note, this is a pure work of fiction. An original story by me. The prince woman

"Hey you scumbag!" She ran after the man who was riding a horse, followed my multiple scary guards with swords by their sides. Everyone gasped as she removed her heels and scurried through the horses and guards. The guards removed their swords as she got to the man in preparation for attack. He stopped them with a raised finger as he stared at her. She dropped her heels and rubbed her palms together. "What is all this? Are you here to trick them and run away like you did to me? You ran away with my money and I ended up in this trashy place all because of you!" She screamed frustratedly at him as the old market women and men kept staring at her, empathy written all over their faces. She smiled. "But now, I won't feel so sad. You're here and I'm not leaving here without collecting my money and ruining you into pieces!" She made and attempt to climb his horse and wring his neck but a guard quickly caught her before touching a strand on the prince's hair. "What do you think you're doing lady! Now bow and apologize to the prince!" The guard barked behind her ear and instead of complying , she scrunched up her face in disgust. "prince?" she turned to him. "So you've finally succeeded in manipulating them you wretched so called dumb prince!" She threw her legs up to meet any part of his body while her arms were still held tight behind her. While still struggling and cursing, a sword pulled up at her neck which made her freeze instantly with a leg still up in the air. "if you still want your neck, bow down". She dared not look sideways. she loved her life so much and couldn't risk it. She went down slowly on her knees, whimpering and praying. "What is your name". The prince asked. "You dum...." She stopped as her eyes met the stone cold eyes of the man whose sword was on her neck. "Zora". she answered irritatedly. "Zora..."He pronounced slowly as he nodded. "Stand up". He ordered and she was brought up to her feet immediately. Instead of bowing her head slightly, she glared at the prince on the white horse who didn't seemed affected but was just smiling. "Do you know what kind of sin you've committed?" He asked. "I know. A sin that's bigger than fraud". She answered stressing the 'fraud'. "Fraud would be better." He smiled and looked down at her dressing. She was strange. He noticed. "The kind of sin you've committed..." He paused. "You can only pay it with your life". The whole crowd shook their heads in pity but Zora still counted his words as an empty threat. . mercoledi addams story

Secret Code: The Marriage Proposal

“I was never beyond guilty until now. I wanted to hold you, but I can’t. I wanted to say everything to you, but you’ll push me away. I wanted to love you, but you wouldn’t allow it. Hesitation is never my thing, but after I met you… it became a habit.” – Prince Gomez Prince Gomez resorted not to fall in love with any woman in his entire life right after his father got imprisoned. He formed a secret code entitled as The Marriage Proposal to avenge his father’s suffering. The time came when he met a woman named Avery De Leon, the daughter of De Leon-Cortez, and the one he supposed to kill, as per his father’s orders. They both agreed to have a relationship, but both of them were clueless of each other’s plans. Prince had grown as ruthless, and as an expert of calibers, he killed Avery, and didn’t even feel guilty at once. Along with his plan, Bryce Fajardo, who had the same imprisoned father, abetted the murder of another woman named Aria De Leon. Prince thought the secret code had worked out, and they’re now clear of any nuisance. They finally killed the one who made their fathers suffer. But his hopes deteriorate when he ran into a woman with the same face as Avery, pregnant and wounded, pleading for his help. Will Prince be able to set boundaries to his feelings when he was supposed to kill her? Or he’ll let his heart dominate the feelings he once withheld? … EXCERPT: He walked past ahead. Aria couldn’t hold it anymore. “Kill me,” Aria mumbled. After she breathed those words, the rain started to pour a little. It mirrored her emotions racing inside her heart. Prince halted in his tracks. “Kill me not with the bullet in your hand, but with the love you have been resisting to vent out.” Aria turned around, staring at his back. Prince widened his eyes, turned halfway. As slowly as it would get, they still met each other’s eyes. Aria sighed. “No matter how hard you try to push me away, my heart still beats for you. I want you to like me, to say you cherish me, worry about me, find me, touch me, hold onto me, love me, care for me, marry me, everything you do about me… I want you to do everything to me, Prince.” Aria felt sick of hiding it for a long time. That distance made her suffocate. “I want your breath to be my air. Just once, claim me with all your heart,” Aria begged. A tear fell down her cheek. Prince’s heart thumped, and when the silence stretched on, he knew he had to run. After he did so, he met her soft lips, claiming her, as she ordered. ------ [WARNING: MATURE CONTENT IN THE LATER CHAPTERS] ------- Updates will be regular since it's a part of WSA 2022. ---- Cover not mine. Tricking The Vampire King

‘I became the Vampire King’s chamberlain!’ ‘He thinks I’m a man!?’ ___ The evening that Reina Gomez experienced one of the biggest betrayals in her life was the day her life came to an end. Helping her elder sister, a three times failed author, in her research for her next project had turned out to be the cause of her demise. The efforts she had put in to teach her sister everything that she knew was not repaid with gratitude. The day of the new book’s release brought sorrow to Reina who had high expectations from the project that she had lent her support in. No matter how many times she refreshed the novel’s site, the result was the same. “Where the heck is the BL tag!?” She cried out for answers but to no avail. Her sister who had learned everything there is to know about BL for the new book had done something unexpected. ‘She wrote a frickin vanilla Vampire love story instead!’ She sniffled while finding solace in the one thing that never disappointed her. Her blurry eyes fell on the cover of the novel and her scowl deepened. The petite woman with cotton-candy colored hair surrounded by three breathtakingly handsome men was not something that she was hoping for. ‘Stupid reverse harem.’ She sneered while chugging the contents of the bottle. Her eyes shut that night only to awaken in a different room the next morning. From a drunken daze to panic at what had taken place, Reina soon realized what was wrong. The images flashing across her eyes displayed a life that was not her own. ‘Memories…’ She deciphered the meaning of these images. Staring at the new face in the mirror, Reina blinked those icy blue eyes as a name formed in her mind. ‘Rein Melk… The Vampire King’s chamberlain.’ She repeated the identity of the new body she was in. Was it not enough that she was in a different world, in a different body? She now had to pretend to be the King’s loyal servant. ‘A manservant at that!’ She grimaced as her new life seemed too hard to live. Tricking the Vampire King never was an easy task but doing so while possessing jumbled memories of this body was way harder. __ As days passed, Reina began to adjust to the world, living in the body of Rein Melk. However, she began noticing something strange. ‘Why do these men seem so familiar?’ She wondered while gawking at the three handsome men she was sure to have seen somewhere in the past. The pretty lady with pink hair further brought up a sense of deja vu. ‘Wait…!’ Her eyes widened when it finally clicked. __ With a large chunk of her memories still missing, will she be able to discover everything about the body she possessed? A nameless cannon fodder in the story her sister wrote, was that her fate now? Was the identity of Rein Melk as simple as a servant concealing her true gender or was there more at play here? Numerous questions with answers yet to be obtained. This was the life of Rein Melk, the one tricking the Vampire King.
