[PREQUEL: The Destruction of Mankind]
There was a history that was wiped out when humans first had their own world. For 200 years, humans have been completely unaware that the land they live on, where they have lived and created a civilization so far, is a world created by other creatures under a sacred covenant.
In 2020, after 200 years of living safely with their small group, they finally realized something was wrong in this world. For the sake of their world's peace, there are four gates that they must guard together, because if the three main gates are open, it will drag 1/8 of the humans in this world, while if the fourth gate is open, it will drag all the humans in this universe.
Not many people know about this issue. The majority of people who have modern minds no longer believe in such hidden historical stories. To them, the truth is like a conspiracy theory that can only scare their children into going to bed early at night.
Over the past 200 years, there has only been one organization that has managed to stick with such a mindset and is willing to carry out their duty to guard the three gates around them. Every year, they gather troops, preparing themselves to face chaos if, at any moment, the gate opens and creates chaos. The organization was called Berawa, with the Pillars as its elite force.
The main mistake of this army is that not all members know the function of the gates; many of them also don't understand that there are four gates that they must guard. As far as they know, there are only three main gates that they need to defend.
Until 2020, one of the main gates is open. The creatures they previously only thought of as ghosts and demons were now showing their fangs. The tornado that marked the opening of the first gate made everyone living around the gate run in panic. The tornado could turn them into zombies, or these newcomers used to call it Pati. At the same time, they begin to realize that they can no longer enjoy the food they used to eat; their tongue only reacts to nuts and human flesh, while the rest triggers a terrible taste that forces them to vomit.
Upon realizing that the two main gates had already opened without them being able to prevent it, the Berawa members immediately shifted their focus to guarding the third gate; the gate that is the main key between human life on earth and Yamani, the old world they once lived in.
A world where all beings of various races coexist, a world where humans live as their main source of food.
In order to keep the world they inhabited from being dragged back into Yamani, these Berawa troops suffered a lot of losses. The reality of their power pales in comparison to the Wrenas, the beings who ruled Yamani and opened the gates on Earth, gradually reducing the Berawa army to helplessness.
It only took five days for these creatures from Yamani to destroy the Nusantara, where the three gates stood, home to 1/8 of humanity on Earth. A great war broke out in Bali to prevent the third gate from being opened, but in less than two minutes, the gate was blown to pieces because of Candrasa's actions.
All the humans on that mainland were dragged to Yamani without being able to be helped by anyone. The defeat of the Berawa forces brought 1/8 of the human population to Yamani, bringing them back to the horrific reality of themselves as humans, creatures that live as the main source of food for the creatures that live there.
The remaining members of Berawa end up being fugitives. Those who helped the humans to survive now have no honor in Yamani, and human life finally returns to the times where they were always tortured and used.
Can they survive? If they finally find out that there is one more gate that has not been opened and humans on the other side of the world are still safe, what will they do?
