"Do not raise your voice at me, Mira," Margaret's voice was calm but yet calculative and the look on Mira's face was that of confusion as she didn't seem to understand what her mother was all about. Considering that she(Mira) was the one in a dilemma, she expected that her mother would calm her down and maybe try to explain to her why she brought her back home without her consent, but no, all she was getting was a do-not-raise-your-voice-at-me response.
"Are you being serious right now, mother? Is that all you have to say to me?! If you think that I am in any way happy coming back to this house then you must be mistaken. Just wait and see what Devile would do when he realizes that I'm missing. He is going to going to rain fire and brimstone."
