Chapter 22 - End of The Party

Ambrose shook his head and put the wallet down on the table next to the bed. What's done is done. He would just have to deal with the consequences the next morning.

KNOCK!

KNOCK!

Ambrose sensed that it was Brett as he yelled; "Come in!"

Brett walked in with chains wrapped around his shoulder.

"Where did you find this?" Ambrose was confused.

"I'm not sure if you've noticed but there's some equipment in the garage. I remembered seeing chains in there before." Brett explained.

Ambrose nodded and turned to walk out of the room, right before he closed the door he said; "When you're finished up here, come back down to the party. We'll deal with this mess in the morning."

SIGH!

Brett sighed after Ambrose left and started binding Simon with the chains; 'I can't wait until someone else has to do the grunt work.'

Ambrose didn't go straight back to the party. He went down to the basement and proceeded to devour another keg.

GULP!

"Ahhh." Ambrose let out as he finished his second keg of the night; "I wonder if there's a special alcohol for Werewolves."

It wasn't that the beer that was available wasn't enjoyable, it was more like it was not satisfying. Ambrose knew if something like that existed, it might not be something that could easily be found on Earth.

Ambrose put the thought to the back of his mind; 'I'll have to ask Astar when he gets back from… whatever he does. Now that I think about it, what exactly does he do?'

Ambrose was interrupted from his thoughts when his phone chimed. He already knew who it was because he rarely gives out his phone number.

[Madison: Where did you go?]

[I'll be back out in a minute.]

[Madison: Okay!]

Ambrose sighed and made his way back to the party. It just so happened that Brett was also going back at the same time.

"Is he chained up?"

"Yeah, there's no way a newly turned Werewolf with no training or control over their strength could easily break out of those chains." Brett reassured.

"Good."

Ambrose walked outside and went to find Madison and quickly spotted her. She was not alone though, she was with another girl who Ambrose recognized as her friend Tara. But the problem was that there were many guys surrounding them.

Madison looked very uncomfortable as the boys were getting aggressive with her and her friend. Ambrose narrowed his eyes dangerously as they subconsciously flashed light blue and started walking over to them.

"Oh shit!" Brett, who was flirting with a girl, sensed something was wrong and quickly rushed over.

Darren and Clara, the latter of which was still pissed with Ambrose for ignoring her, also saw what was going on since they were mostly paying attention to Ambrose to begin with. They also walked over as soon as they could.

Ambrose, who was ahead of them walked up to one of the boys put his hand on his shoulder.

"Get lost! Can't you see we're busy here?!" The student said in a harsh voice without even turning around.

This just made Ambrose even angrier as he pressed his hand down and forced the guy to his knees.

The rest of his friends noticed the commotion and turned to see their friend kneeling with humiliation written all over his face.

"Who the hell are you?! Do you know the consequences of messing with the football team?" One of them said.

Only then did Ambrose notice that they were wearing their varsity jackets and had arrogance oozing out of them.

'What a stereotype.' Ambrose scoffed to himself.

Suddenly another person chimed in; "Fuck the football team!"

Ambrose looked over his shoulder and saw that Brett was standing their with a vengeful look on his face. Indeed, the one with the most hatred for the football team was definitely Brett. After he got injured, they treated him like trash after fawning over him for such a long time.

"What the fuck did you say Brett?!"

"Fuck him up!"

At this point, all hell was about to break loose. Suddenly, one of the football players tried to grab Madison and said; "We can talk to whoever we want, you guys can fuck off."

Madison pulled away when the football player grabbed her arm, resulting in her falling.

THUMP!

Madison fell down with tears in her eyes, she had scraped her leg on the patio and had drawn blood.

Ambrose's last bit of reasoning snapped when he saw her bleed. He grabbed the jacket of the jock closest to him and slammed him in the nose with his knee.

CRACK!

"AHHH!"

A shrill scream rang out as the jock held his nose, trying to stop the river of blood pouring out.

"What the hell?! Beat the shit out of him!" Someone yelled, kicking off the brawl.

'Oh shit.' Brett had the urge to facepalm, but he couldn't as a football player started rushing him. Brett used the jock's momentum and threw him over his shoulder slamming him on his back. He then kicked another one hard in the chest, sending him stumbling trying to regain his balance.

Darren was about to jump in the fight from the side but Clara stopped him; "Clara! Why the hell did you stop me?!"

Clara rolled her eyes; "Are you kidding me? Do you really think two Werewolves need your help beating up a bunch of stupid, drunk meatheads?"

Darren was stunned as his sister was indeed correct. He forgot that Ambrose and Brett were anything but normal.

Ambrose used his palm and hit two of them in succession in the chest, sending them crashing to the ground.

"Brett." Ambrose said while having a jock in a headlock.

"Yeah."

Ambrose grinned; "Throw them all in the pool."

Brett also smiled from ear to ear; "You got it boss."

SPLASH!

SPLASH!

SPLASH!

One by one, Brett grabbed them by the jacket and the pants and leisurely tossed them in the pool. Although the pool cover was on, it was still a sight to behold.

The football players struggled to get out as their faces were beet red, either from the cold or from the humiliation.

"You'll regret this!"

"Watch your back!"

They said as they quickly left the scene.

Ambrose paid them no mind and gently picked up Madison with a princess carry and then shouted; "Everybody get the hell out! Party's over!"
