"They'll fucking pay... I am fed up with waiting for so long. If they won't help me finish it, fine. It fucking doesn't matter anymore. I'll deal with this myself. I'll cull those mutts by taking down this entire city."
Gruffold was a slave to his own hatred, his desire for revenge. The scene from twenty five years ago kept playing in his head again and again and again. If that memory died down, it was soon replaced by the incident of that morning.
Nahem getting destroyed in front of his very eyes...
"Rwaaaaaahhhh!!" His eyes were bloodshot as he looked down upon the city. He started preparing the ground for his attack, by surrounding the entire city with his conjurations.
"O' south wind, converge. Be the bar to my enemies' freedom. Hinder their escape with your undying gusts. Surround them, show them your dominance. Rip them, tear them if they dare try flight. Only the fools will dare oppose your unyielding might."
Chanting to focus and cast conjuration over the entire city, he muttered, "Hurricane Prison."
A dome of converged wind started forming, covering the edges of the city and even the sewer entrances. The circular structure of the city really helped.
In the busy world, something strange happened, so intensely absurd that one would've laughed it off. But it happened right in front of them. Cars, after paying the toll, left the booth. Out of nowhere, the cars were sent flying in the direction of the toll booth, accompanied gut wrenching screams.
The same thing happened on the other side of the wide one way road. The ones coming to the booth were repelled too. Repel was perhaps a soft term for the sight which the shocked people beheld. The car had gotten crushed like a tin can, and what was actually sent flying was it's crumpled remains. Just by looking, it could be easily inferred that the occupants were no longer alive.
Chaos started to spread.
But that was not all. All of a sudden, a splashing sound was heard and the sights of the other side turned blurry. One of the guards threw his gun at the blurry sight. It instantly first got hacked to pieces, then crumpled up and thrown straight at him.
"Aaaahh!!" the guard screamed, as the superfast projectiles hit him squarely in his torso and head and he passed out. The projectiles had a watery liquid dripping down them!
"This should be enough." Gruffold declared calmly. He had cast both

"Seems like Gruffold's rage got the better of him..." Malay happily announced, looking at the burly figure from afar before continuing "... let's start then. Do you want to narrow down their possible positions? Or we will just wait till they come out themselves?"
"It's more sensible to wait for the latter." a voice in a dull tone. If heard properly, one could sense derision.
"You are really angry on me, huh?" Malay probed Josh.
No reply...
"Seriously? He's the one with anger management issues... But the die is cast. No going back. I guess we couldn't manage to beat them using their own rules..." She seemed upset over an entirely different matter.
Josh wondered bitterly, [Let's hope you don't suffer due to the collateral damage Mino, my first friend in all these years...]
"Found them!" A cheerful voice echoed.
"Now, it's hunting time!"
