Chapter 1 - Eternal Breakthrough

Deep within the shinigami world two of the most powerful shinigami we're discussing the research for breaking through the eternal realm.

"I know it's a taboo for a shinigami to create life but from my research only a shinigami about to breakthrough can create life without dying." the first shinigami said with a serious expression.

"Wait, wait did you just bring up that taboo, you know that shouldn't be mentioned Wo Shie? What are you even talking about, we're supposed to be discussing our findings for trying to breakthrough beyond the Eternal Realm it's been a trillion years since my last breakthrough and three hundred-thirty seven billion years for you I know you've been researching since even before you became an Eternal." The second shinigami was a little spooked hearing what Wo Shie had just brought up but she cut him off because she wanted him to get to the point so nobody hears them discussing the taboo.

They were in a fairly secluded place within Wo Shie's shinigami mansion, ever since they broke through to the eternal realm they had a nagging feeling something was up with the shinigami world how every shinigami once becoming an eternal was recruited into the Eternal Darkness sect which was the top organization within the shinigami world.

Wo Shie was a fairly renowned shinigami, his mansion was on a 20,000 sq km plot located in the center with a straight path that led through a forest into a beautiful garden with fruit trees, vegetable vines and flowers everywhere leaving a strong medicinal aroma floating in the air. His mansion was a 4 story tall square building with gargoyles at all 4 corners on the roof and statues of dragons on each side of the tall arched double door that seemed to be 2 stories high in the center of his colorful garden.

"Listen careful Marime.." Wo Shie started before being cut off.

"That's Lord LuĂ Marime to you you old fart now hurry it up! You know those old coots of the sect would bleed from their ears if they heard you talking about this!" Lui Marime interjected pridefully not liking how lightly Wo Shie was taking this.

Wo Shie had a sly smile on his face when he said, "Okay okay, 'Lord Lui Marime' hehe so what I was saying is any shinigami except a peak eternal shinigami would die attempting to Create life. Do you know why that is?"

"No why! Hurry up I don't like even talking about this!" Lui Marime was hurriedly trying to get off of this topic, she didn't know how the elders would respond if they came to know what they were discussing.

"We'll what I found is the first shinigami created life by creating the shinigami world and all of us are a result of his creation, it's said that when he created this world and us he disappeared, but he was only at the peak of the eternal realm which he recorded himself in an ancient ruin, in that ruin I also found a tablet describing how he was planning to breakthrough beyond the eternal realm." Wo Shie started to explain to Lui Marime

"You found what!?" Lui Marime was too shocked to hear what Wo Shie was saying, her jaw nearly hit her chest with her eyes wide.

"This is your second time asking me to repeat myself I'm starting to question your hearing, I found the ruin of the first shinigami inside there I found a journal of his describing the process to breakthrough beyond Eternal, it described a process of two eternal beings one being a shinigami that must breakthrough using the power of death and destruction and the other shinigami or eternal being use the power of life and creation…" Wo Shie explained his discoveries that left Lui Marime at a total loss for words.

You have to understand the shinigami world is a large power so much so that the reapers within the shinigami world are strong enough to suppress any power through all of the universe so they can handle the task they are given as reapers and gods of death.

The bigger powers that had access to such a genius that could use the power of life and creation wouldn't dare to oppose the shinigami and offend them by using their largest taboo in front of them, so it was almost impossible for this method to even be used.

Seeing Lui Marime's hesitation and doubts Wo Shie then continued, "That is not all I count there is in fact another way to breakthrough, if a shinigami is to cultivate the powers of life and death inside himself when he's at the peak of the eternal realm he can attempt a breakthrough but this method is more dangerous than having a partner, furthermore I also came across a method for a shinigami to cultivate the powers of life and I've already comprehended it. I would have attempted alone but knowing we've been friends ever since we could remember and I owe you one I figured we could both try to ascend."

Silence…

After about 10 minutes of silence Lui Marime finally huffed, " *sigh* I see you're already too deep in to be saved and now that I know I will also be implicated… so we may as well attempt our break through when do you think you will be ready for us to attempt our breakthrough?"

"Give me one months time I already have some attendants searching for an empty planet where we can attempt our breakthrough they have to look at 3 more empty planets the one's they've already seen would be destroyed if we broke through there so these are the larger candidates."

"I'll let you know when they find the planet and where we'll finally ascend. Once we decide the planet 3 days later we will meet there and attempt our break through." Wo Shie let her know his plan and they both went their separate ways to prepare their breakthrough.

When Lui Marime left Wo Shie began to recount the things he found in the Shinigami ancestor's ruins. He had received a lot, he began to go over the technique to cultivate the life energy, he wanted to be perfect before attempting the breakthrough knowing it was something that his body wasn't born to do.
