Chapter 6 - Enlightenment

After about 3 minutes Wo Shie started to feel awkward with them staring at him so he started to back away slowly.

Seeing this the women seemed to come back to reality, "Where do you think you're going young man!?" Both women shouted in unison.

Wo Shie smirked and scratched his head "heh I was just gonna go bathe then look for food I don't think I ate in a few days."

The witch doctor and Wu Langlan looked at each other when Wu Langlan looked back at the figure of Wo Shie trying to sneak out again she began to berate him.

"Where do you think you're going without any kind of explanation you stand in one spot like a zombie for a year and you're just hungry are you okay? Do I need to take you to a higher level doctor?" Wu Langlan was relentless in her questioning.

"I'm fine I promise, and yea I don't know about standing like a zombie for a year, I remember I was looking at this manual from.. I mean I was reading! I was reading then next thing I remember I was waking up from a dream." Wo Shie began to explain while almost slipping up he'd went through his moms stuff.

His mom heard him retract his statement but told herself it's likely his memory is a bit hazy right now due to being in such a deep sleep. With a little hesitation she finally said "fine go and bathe we'll prepare a huge table of all your favorite foods.

Wo Shie packed a bag with a towel and an extra set of clothes and walked to the bath house up the street. The bath house was about a 15 minute walk during this walk Wo Shie thought about his enlightenment experience over this last year.

When Wo Shie opened the 'Taijutu Incarnate' manual there was a picture with the description saying for him to get in a fighting stance with one leg in front of the other rhythmically switching your weight to the front to back of each leg while repeating a mantra.

The mantra he was to repeat said, '"It was never the material being crafted responsible for the creation but the creators ability to reflect its perfect truth" after doing this for a certain amount of time Wo Shie became unconscious of his actions and became conscious somewhere else.

He seemed to be located in front of an extremely luxurious castle floating in space with shiny black walls that would show your reflection even in the dark your reflection would still somehow shine off the black walls of this castle.

At the entrance where Wo Shie was, there were 3 giant sculptures of dragons that looked more lifelike than they looked like sculptures. Wo Shie being 5 was scared straight for a while before he took a deep breath and continued to the door.

As soon as his hand came in contact with the door his vision changed and he was out in the vast abyss of outer space surrounded by 12 other beings.

He could feel a sharp pain in his chest and visceral feeling of blood constantly flowing out.

The pain was enough to push any normal person into the depths insanity, somehow even though he could feel the mind numbing pain he remained conscious watching as his body retaliated and fought against the 12 other beings.

In the next moment he spread his arms and clasped his palms causing a ripple in space vibrating throughout the very fabric of the universe. As a bright black and white light enveloped all 13 figures and the only thing that could be heard through ringing ears was a low and powerful "Omnipotent Rebirth"

Wo Shie felt these words ring throughout his soul, as if every square inch of his soul was ready for something.

When his vision cleared back up from the black and white explosion and voice he just heard he found out it was all an illusion. He was surprised that he wasn't scared or didn't go crazy from the pain in the illusion.

He took a deep breath and took notice of his body feeling a type of comfort as if he were enshrouded by the most heavenly presence.

He then continued into the black palace, upon entry he noticed the floor was a contrasting white to the black walls and it too had a reflection as well. Even though there were no lights anywhere near the castle or in it, it was as if every aspect of it glowed to an extent where you could perfectly see it.

Inside, the white floors perfectly contrasted the black walls, it looked like the room was one big smoky mirror but you could tell it was just the design how the white floor paths would form jagged stairways to higher floors and how the window would be a see-through reflection of yourself and everything outside the castle.

Wo Shie steeled his nerves and walked up a set of jagged white floor panels to a throne with a book in it that said 'Taijutu Incarnate'. He grabbed the book that had ended up here and once he came in contact with the book he lost consciousness again and was forcefully made to feel the pattern of the energy flow in his body.

He could feel energy being brought through every single part of his body and then it would travel from the middle of his forehead spiraling into his right eye and out of his left eye all the way around and down to the base of his spine then shooting with extremely high speed to every other part of his body only to be condensed into his foundation.
