I turned to find the chief army commander
" Hope you don't have a problem with this marriage? "

" Well well well, let's drop this pretense, princess, I know very well you don't want to marry me"
" so why don't you just end this marriage proposal?" I screamed

For ages we've only had witch queens what about us the males why aren't we crowned kings? you see my father couldn't fulfill this plan of ours but I won't make the mistake of not fulfilling it " He said and traced his hand down my neck, anger took control of me and I didn't realize it when I hit him with a crystal ball, the attack seemed very hard as he fell to the floor and started coughing out blood. But. what shocked me more was his laughing
" Don't worry princess, this would be the last time you would be launching such a powerful attack cause once we are married I'll be in control " he said and Left me. I ran as fast as my legs could take me to my room, not caring what the people I ran past taught.
I woke up to the cry of someone, I opened my eyes and the room was completely dark. I didn't expect someone to be so worried about me
" who is there? " I managed to ask in a low tone but I got no return. I suddenly heard the clicking of fingers and the lights came on, the only thing that came to mind was magic and only two beings possessed the magical abilities, witches and demons. No demon would help me out as they all want to see me dead except for a few who are now prisoners under my half-brother, and witches and demons haven't been on good terms for as long as I can remember
" please leave," a young beauty said as tears flowed down her cheeks

" princess hazel please open the door, don't starve yourself, I do understand how you feel but ..."
" Alicia please, please just leave me alone, am not hungry and am never going to open this door, tell your queen she can get my corpse married to her chief army commander tomorrow I don't give a fuck " I screamed
" Hazel doesn't do anything stupid okay," Alicia said and left. I don't just get anything am so fed up that I kept on crying until I finally fell asleep.
The temperature of my room suddenly dropped, I could feel someone's presence in my room but I couldn't figure out who would dare break into the princess's room at this ungodly hour of the night" ' only one shameless person could' I said to myself. it was only the chief army commander who would be so shameless as to break into my room. I readied myself to lunch an attack on him

I readied myself, but stayed calm, he came close to me and traced his fingers down my face, I found it difficult to keep calm.
I opened my eyes to receive the shock of my life the army commander wasn't there instead it was a man with dark hair, his face wasn't visible but he sure look familiar
" tsk tsk tsk witch princess are you trying to kill me cause if you were am so sorry but you failed "

I didn't get what he meant by me getting ready for the marriage when I don't want to get married
" I hope you don't trick me Lucifer," I said and went back to bed.

"Good morning princess rise and shine " Alicia opened the curtain, I still felt sleepy but had no choice but to comply. I lay in the bathtub which was already filled with warm water and the maids washed me using different lotions and medicinal flowers.
After my bath I was dressed up in my wedding attire, it was a white gown mixed with dark blue.
The gown had dark blue flower patterns from the waist of the gown down to the bottom while plain white from above the waistline up to my shoulder. The neck of my gown was deep and my cleavages were visible, my hair was done into a bun and designed with white and blue flowers with a vail placed on my head
" wow you're very beautiful princess hazel" Alicia commented
" Thank you" was all I replied
and made my way to the stairs with the help of Alicia and from there, my mum took my hand to the altar. The so-called groom was busy starring at me
" you just wait and watch what's going to happen to you Lucifer is coming for you " I muttered in between my teeth.
