Some time passed and Jason had not even made a dent in the amount of exercise that the quest needed of him. It was dusk and Jason lay on the floor breathing heavily. He was really tired and really hungry.
A nice smell wafted through the air and entered his nose. Jason sat up and looked around. He saw a table and chair a couple of metres away from him. He stood up and walked to the table. On the table was a plate filled with rice. It was well cooked rice with meat and banana on the side. There was coleslaw on the side and a small jug filled with juice.
Jason looked around in bewilderment. He knew for a fact that this table had not been there a few minutes ago.
"It doesn't matter... I'm so hungry." he said as he sat down and started eating it. The taste was immaculate and so delicious. The meat and rice had been cooked to perfection and the banana and coleslaw on top of it just made it better. The juice was also very nice.
It was hard to believe that this was a simple VR game. This was ridiculous. Not only could he taste the food but he could also feel it filling his stomach. This was the first time he had actually eaten food that was not ramen noodle.
"This was nice." Jason said as he caressed his slightly obtuse belly while leaning back on the chair and gasping for air taking deep breaths every once in a while.
As soon as Jason leaned back on the chair it along with the table and the silverware on it. Jason fell to the floor and cursed out loud. "What the fuck!" Jason stood up and held his ass as it was aching.
"I got to give that idiot a piece if my mind." Jason said in anger. The seat he was sitting on had just disappeared and almost gave him a heart attack.
"Log out!" he shouted. For a few seconds nothing happened. He then heard a small ding!
<
"Huh, what the fuck does that mean?" Jason said as he stared at the screen. "Log out! Log out! Log out!"
<

It was only after 5 entire minutes of trying to log out did he finally accept the fact that he could not log out. He was starting to panic. He took deep breaths and tried getting his beating heart under control but it was to no avail. In fact his heart only beat faster and his breathing become more heavy.
10 minutes had passed and Jason had managed to calm down. "Log out!" he said. He already knew what the results were but he wanted to try it one more time just in case something happened. Just like before the same exact words appeared in front of him.

The night passed slowly and in the morning Jason was ecstatic and happy. He was happy because he had finally come to the conclusion that this was what he had always wanted. He had always wanted to be inside a video game. He was lucky to be able to have a chance like this as he knew so many people who would want to be in another world. He was finally away from his annoying family who tried to get him out of his room. From his horny girlfriend who always tried to get in his pants, from his annoying job that he absolutely hated and no more having to go to college.
This was a great environment for him. He could not wait to finish this tutorial so that he could explore this world. This was going to be a fun experience for him.
2 weeks had passed and Jason was nearly finished with the tutorial quest. He had even completed some of the tutorial. After 2 weeks this was how it looked.

_______
On the fifth day Jason learned how to use his handgun. He knew how to assemble and disassemble a gun and reload it. It was as if he knew by instincts. He also learnt that he had an infinite amount if bullets in the tutorial zone.
With his auto aim he was able to hit the floating red targets that appeared every once in a while. He had also been eating well. His body was looking different from what it was two weeks ago. He had put on some weight and a bit of muscle.
As the days passed more and more flamingos appeared at the lake and tried charging at him. Unfortunately for them the invisible barrier was immovable
As time flew Jason found it more and more difficult to complete the quest. His muscles ached and he would give up but after seeing the flamingos with their bared teeth he would push himself more. The food he ate also changed every day at every meal. At breakfast sometimes it would be a banana or porridge. Sometimes for lunch it would be pasta and salmon or rice with lamb meat and so on.
He had also learned the three basic forms of the art of redirection arts. The first was evade and attack which was kind of stupid in Jason's mind until he tried it out. It was a fast counterattack that was aimed towards a person's weak points. Either their eyes, nose or heart.
The next form was called Water pass. It was a simple movement in which someone would move along and turn with the hit they just took to minimize damage.
The final form was called back to sender. It was as it sounded. It was a form in which someone would use the momentum and weight of their opponent against them and redirect their attack.
another 2 weeks passed and a notice appeared in front of Jason.
