Ishwar Das asked the prince and the fortress of Ajmer to make arrangements for the battle. Meanwhile, Sarupdei and other queens from Jodhpur sent a huge bribe to him and prayed that as far as possible, let this force stay there, so that he should not come to Jodhpur in any way. We told you the same thing while walking from Ajmer and till now you have taken care of this. Even now you can stop yourself. No one else can stop him. You explain to Rao ji not to do this at all. We will be very grateful to you for this grace. Charan ji got involved in the ninety-nine after receiving the bribe. Where used to make a lot of preparations every day, where now they have become slack and preparations started getting late.
One more gulp. Humayun had fled to Sindh after defeating Sher Shah, when he heard that Rao ji was preparing for battle, he sent a messenger to him with a message that you will not fight with Sher Shah alone. I am also coming to support you. Together we will defeat him. In return for this help, I will get you Gujarat Fateh done. Rao ji accepted this and wrote to the emperor that you will bring glory through Jaisalmer. Our relatives there. He will definitely support you. On the other hand, Ishwardas was instructed – come soon with the queen, we will send you to Jaisalmer to Rawal ji for some urgent work. Rao ji intended that by helping Humayun in this way, put him on the throne and in his name the whole country should be under his control.
Ishwardas saw much of his advantage in fulfilling these essential duties. Soon the princes arranged for a ride from the city and the fort and sent Ruthi Rani to Jodhpur with great pride. When the other queens heard this news, their hands and feet swelled that now this power has arrived. Don't know what magic it has that Rao ji continues to be happy even if he does not ask about it. Now you will go to fight by handing him the fort. Well, what a woman is a magic pot. Well, when the fort will follow his instructions, then our life will become difficult. We will not tolerate his rule. What is it about Surkhab that the fort is being handed over to him. She is a sorceress. The sorceress also struck a mantra for sixty kos that could not be removed. The bloodthirsty traitor Ishwar Das also came on his side and again turned there.
A Khawas heard this conversation of the queen and said that what happened if Ishwardas broke down, his uncle Asa ji is present here, take work from him. He is much smarter than Ishwardas. The queens liked this advice. Jhali Rani sent the same message to Asa ji and said that your nephew is doing a lot of injustice sitting there, we do not see anyone other than you now. You can do our work. Somehow stop this blasphemy or else we will be nowhere. Asa ji came and said - "That worthless is not in my words, and I should carry out whatever is ordered."
Jhali Rani - "Bhattani should not come here at all."
Asa ji- "Very well, it will be so. Won't be able to come."
Jhali Rani - "How come, she has left. Will come by the day after tomorrow."
Asa ji - "Keep it for your sake, I will stop him on the way."
The queens made Asa ji rich with wealth and said, if you do our work, then your house will be filled with diamonds and jewels.
Asa ji pretended to Rao ji that he was going home for an important work and as soon as he got permission he went towards Ajmer. When he reached near Sana village fifteen kos east from Jodhpur, he saw the elephant of the mark from afar and the sound of ruckus came in his ear. It was understood that the voice of the angry queen was coming in the ear.
The ride was influx far and wide. Behind the elephant was a barn for camels. Behind him was the sound of horses. A little further back, a flock of decorated camels and then eagles (Jodhpur's mark or flag has a picture of an eagle. This is the national mark of the Rathores.) was seen swaying in the air. Behind the flag was a row of fighting Rathores, followed by a row of gunners, followed by archers and then shield-sword Rajputs. Stepping back a little further, the kotal elephants and horses walked slowly, armed with yolks and jarbattas dipped in gold and silver. After that Naqib and Chobdar used to clear the way for gold and silver sticks. Charan Ishwardas ji also put on all the five weapons, became high, was sitting rigidly on a slow moving horse. As soon as his eyes fell on his uncle Asa ji, he got down from the horse and asked - "Where are you here?" Asa ji said - "I have come to receive Bai ji." Both of them stood there and started talking. The procession continued.
Behind the Nakibs came a group of armed women, who were armed with arrows and daggers, in their clump was the golden Sukhpal of Queen Umaid. There was a dark pink veil of zari on it. There were precious gems and jewels strewn all over the place, which could not be noticed. Kohath was wearing the robes of Atlas and Kamkhab. Behind this decorated Sukhpal was guarded by naked swords, then many female riders were in palanquins, pins and chariots. After that there was a Risala of Rathores and the rest of the procession behind the Risala were elephants-horses and camels. At the back were the Farashkhana, the Tokhakhana, the Logistics Khana and other essential items of the army.
Asa ji's comrades used to say that see how Asa ji will stop this majestic ride moving with gusto which no one can do before. In this, the Sukhpal of Ruthi Rani reached the same level as Asa ji. He gave a voice to the Chobdar with great admiration and said - "Arrange from Baiji that Asa Charan does Mujra and wants to do something." Along with that he read this couplet-
If you have respect then you should keep your respect.
Tie the two elephants, determined to end the acre
That is, if you want to keep respect, then give up on the husband and if you want to keep the husband, then give up the honor, because two elephants cannot be tied in the same place.
On hearing this couplet, the anger of the angry queen became fresh again and her heart could not be controlled. Immediately ordered that the ride should return now, whoever kept a step ahead, his neck would be blown. Everyone was astonished as to what had happened. Why did this change happen all of a sudden? Ishwardas hit hard, folded his hands, fell on his feet, spent all his speech power, but he could not do anything in front of Asa ji's magic words. The warlord-warrior kept pleading a lot, but he did not listen to anyone. They camped in the same Kosana village.
Even Asa ji was skeptical that by listening to the people's words, the intention of the queen should not be reversed again. Therefore, as soon as he went to the tent, he appeared at their porch and said, "Bai Ji, as much praise is to be given to you. What you have decided is your work.
Queen - "Baba ji, read that couplet again. Very nice and true. I will never give up my take.
Asa ji- (Reading the couplet) "Bai ji, Duryodhana became the true believer among the kings. You are in that clan. Among the queens, there is no one else who stays true to his word like you.
Queen- "Baba ji, there has been only one king named Duryodhana, but the unfortunate Uma's name had many queens. This couplet named after one of them is famous-
Har dio chando kiyo, mokyo maan maram
Uma piu na taste, aado article karam.
That is, lost, hid, lost respect, yet Uma did not get the happiness of her husband. His fate was blocked.
Asa ji- "Bai ji, this was Uma Sankheli and you are Uma Bhattani. The family of both is also not the same. So one day the Sodhi queen, seeing a priceless necklace near Sankheli, asked for a night. She gave it on the condition that Sodhi let the king come to her one night. Sodhi agreed but convinced the king. Know that, but come quietly after spending the night. The king did the same. In the morning, Sankheli Rani read this couplet in a voice of great anguish. But the Janmurid king did not feel sorry at all. The people of Rajputana used to read this couplet for despair. Huh.)
Rani- (Rocker) "Baba ji, only Uma has been said in couplets, who knows Sankheli and Bhattani."
Asa - "Why don't you know? This Doha is said of Achaldas. Uma dei Sankheli was his queen. Everyone knows him, don't you know?"
Queen - "What happens if you know me and you? There is no explanation in the couplet. Who will know behind me and you?"
Asa ji- "If I continue to live after you, then I will make your name immortal."
Queen - "It is very good that you have come. I don't know what would have happened if you didn't come. If I had given up my marriage after coming under the guise of your nephew, my stepmother would have laughed at me and said that was all I had.
In this, Chobdar came and requested that Ishwar Das is present. Asa ji shuddered on hearing this. Ishwardas came and said - "Baiji, what atrocities have you committed, you have stopped the moving ride on the way. Rao ji is watching your way. Kumar Ramsingh Raimal, Udai Singh and Chandrasen are ready to receive you. There is a celebration in the whole city that Ruthi Rani brings Tashreef and Rao ji hands over the fort to her and goes to fight. What will people understand in their hearts by staying here?
Queen - "Submit whatever arrangements are made to me and go to fight with hobbies yourself.
Rajputs should not lax in fighting the enemy.
Ishwardas- "What do you do dark, what will you do by staying here? Rao ji has created most enmity other than himself, there is a split in the whole family. Brahmdev Mertiya and other Thakurs and Jagirdars of Marwar, whose land has been taken away by Rao ji, have gone to Sher Shah to complain. There are reports of Sher Shah coming from one side and Humayun from the other side. In such a situation, it is only appropriate that you go to Jodhpur and monitor the fort.
Queen - "If the king comes, let him come, what am I afraid of him. Whatever I told you in Ajmer, I say the same thing here. If Rao ji will entrust any work to me, then I will take care of Jodhpur sitting here. Wherever Rao ji wants, I will not go to Jodhpur now. Yes, if Rao ji wishes, then I should go to Ravsar.
Ishwardas was defeated after hearing this. When the bus did not work, he went to Jodhpur and requested Rao ji that I had convinced Bai ji to come here, but Asa ji spoiled the matter, spoiled all the hard work. Why did you send him? You already know Rani Umade. Asa ji made a mention of honor-marjad as soon as she left, she just got mad and camped in Kasane. I prayed a lot but he did not listen. Somebody asked the madman – why burn his feet? He said – reminded me a lot, now I burn.
Rao ji- "Then what should be done now? Whom should I send?"
Ishwardas - "I do not see anyone who would go and celebrate him and that too would have been of Asa ji."
Rao ji- "Asa ji took me a leave to go home?"
Ishwardas - "There was some trick in just this."
Rao- "How's the move?"
Ishwardas - "At present Asa ji should be ordered to leave from here, then it will be seen."
In the meantime, Humayun came from Sindh to Marwar and Sher Shah's messenger in Agra reached Rao ji with the message that to capture Humayun, do not let him go. In return, Gujarat will be given to you after conquering it. Upon hearing this, Rao ji was in a dilemma. Humayun also heard this news. Don't come here He went back upstairs. The people with him had committed cow slaughter in Marwar. Rao ji sent his army after Humayun to avenge this insult and to be loyal in the eyes of some Sher Shah, but he escaped.
