"It's fine Your Highness. Heard the King was poisoned." She said and Reina fell quiet.
"I'm sorry you had to go through this. You're newly married, you need a peaceful marriage.

"What's your name?." She asked.
"It's May Your Highness." She said.
"May, that's a nice name."
"Thank you Your Highness. Your highness I'll go make food, you must be hungry."
"I should help you out." She rose from the bed.
"No,no Your Highness, I can manage. I can't have you in my Kitchen Your Highness." She begged.
"I insist."
"I believe Her Highness would be safe there but the search for us has begun. Theodore wouldn't rest till he finds us." The chief commander said.
"Since were in disguise no one would know were from the palace." Ali said.
"Are you okay Your Highness?." Commander asked when he noticed Lorcan in deep thoughts.
"I'm bothered about My Wife. Theodore won't rest till he gets what he wants, she must be worried as we speak." He lowered his gaze.
"No need to worry Your Highness,He wouldn't ever think of searching for us in the small village. I sent two men to the palace to spy on him, he'll give us every information."
"That's good to know, we should leave now." He rose from the grass and went to his horse.
"What now Your highness?." A man asked.
"I'll go kill him." His eyes were now red.
"You can't do that now. He has lots of armies and protection, We should take things easy and attack when they don't expect it." Ali said.
"We should go arrange for armies, we need strong men to take Theodore down, if he's King we all knows what will happen." He ride the horse in much speed and the men followed on theirs.

"You should eat something My Lady." May said.
"No, I'm not hungry, you eat." She forced a smile.
"I'm sure you're worried about His Highness, you don't need to worry he's a strong man, he'll be fine." She assured.
"Thank You May, but don't worry I'm okay."
"Okay Your Highness." She are slowly.
"Mother!" A voice called from inside.
"Yes Zik" May answered.
"I'm hungry" he came to her. Zik was about eight years old, he had nice curly hair and he was so adorable.
"I'll go put out your food." She went to the kitchen leaving Zik with Reina.
He turned to her. "And who are you?." His tiny voice only made her smile at him.
"I'm Princess Reina." She smiled looking at his confused face.
"I've heard that name before." He kept a finger on his face thinking while looking to the ceiling.
"Wife of Prince Lorcan." She added.
"Your Majesty," he bowed before her then he took her hand and kissed her knuckles.
"Don't mind him Your Highness, he's always so naughty." May walked in with a plate in her hand.
"No, it's fine I like him already, what a cutie." She touch his cheeks.
"Here you go." She gave the plate of food to him.
"Would you join me Your Highness,please don't say no." He came to sit close to her.
"Mmm..Zack.."
"It's Zik Your Highness" he corrected.
"Zik, I'm not very much hungry so you just eat okay?."
"Okay." He sat eating.
"Can I say something Your Highness?." She asked.
"Yes please." Reina replied.
"You shouldn't let Prince Theodore be king, If he does the whole women in the kingdom would suffer." She looked like she would cry.
"What do you mean?." She said softly.
"He once said that once he's king he'll drag all the women to his bed and also make them slaves."
Reina's eyes widened after hearing what she said. She was shocked that he wasn't even ashamed of saying such, what kind of a man is he?.
"Please Your Highness you have to save us from him, he can't be the king."
"I understand what you just said, let's just hope His Highness does something to stop him from being king." She really felt bad for the women in the Village, she felt bad for herself too cause he also promised to have her too. If he becomes king nothing or anyone would stop him from doing what he wants. He's such a beast.
She was thankful she wasn't married to him otherwise she would be living in hell right now, She would have had to share her husband with multiple women without saying a word. Most times she felt pity for Theodore's wives and how much they had to tolerate, the most painful part of marriage is to see your husband in bed with another woman. She was thankful that Everyone saw Lorcan as a beast but inside he was so pure and kind, the real best was Theodore. He didn't care for anyone's feelings, he never felt guilty for laying with his men's wives, he wasn't even ashamed of it.
She only hoped for Lorcan's safety cause if anything went wrong Theodore would make sure he have her as soon as He kills Lorcan.
She was scared and worried, she only wanted the safety of her husband, they haven't spent much time together and this was happening now. She felt like crying, her heart was racing like crazy, she wished he would come to her soon.
"You should go to bed Your Highness." May rose with her son holding her hand.
"Where are you going?." She asked.
"I'll be sleeping in the other room, feel comfortable Your highness and please stop worrying about His Highness, he's with his abled men. They've sworn to protect him with their blood, they're loyal. Please go to bed and have a goodnight rest." She walked to the other room with Zik.
Don't be worried? Why wouldn't she be worried? A part of her was relieved knowing that his men were loyal and that they would protect him but still, she was still scared and she couldn't sleep. She felt like if she closed her eyes for a second the royal guards would come take her to Theodore.
She had to be strong, she made a promise to Lorcan to be strong for him. She took in a deep breath and forced herself to sleep.
