Oarion recalled the words told to him by Izado, there had been much he had not known upon appearing in this world, anomalous energy was more than met the eye it seemed.
If he truly wanted to be able to use his strengths as a venerer to their limits, he would need to get involved in actual fights, it was how just about everyone strengthened their anomalous energy, by putting themselves in danger and forcing themselves to bring out what they were unable to before due to a lack of a stimulus.
In this sense, his first decision upon arriving in this world had not been one of total randomness but truly a magistral decision.
He had also been given some most tasty pieces of information on the anomaly hunters, their numbers, their institution and a lot more with that, he was able to devise a plan to test himself and hopefully grow stronger as well as continuing his little experiments.
He opened one of his hands, revealing the fruit of his endless attempts, it could only be used in a single way as of now but it was certain to prove of importance in the future.
'Now, I guess I should get their attention' thought Oarion as he walked out of the closed down factory he had been staying in for the last few weeks and headed out to a place that was not too crowded.
He walked through the brightly lit streets of the city for a while before making his way in the darker ones and there he found exactly what he wanted, a small restaurant with only two customers inside at the moment, a total of three people in a hardly visited street in a hardly visited place, he walked in, pushing the door to enter, the owner dismissed the door opening by itself as something caused by the wind and kept on focusing on his noodles.
Oarion's sinister smile was unseen as none of the three men present were able to do as much as feel like something was weird and even less see him, he approached the two customers and placed his gloved hands on their heads, only then did they notice the presence of the invisible anomaly but it was too late and both of them suddenly went through a horrible mutation.
Oarion wasn't trying to change them into venerers, only trying to kill them a much simple ordeal but it seemed like his mark was still clear to see as their bodies were left intact except for their heads which had lost all of their features alongside their hair.
The chef was barely able to take a look at what was happening before the same fate befell him, his body stayed in the exact position it had been in before death, giving a chilly scene of a faceless man cooking for two other faceless men.
'Alright, with this they should definitely start searching for an anomaly, I'll make sure to make their job easier...' thought the anomaly as he left the crime scene, returning to the factory, where it would all go down.

Just a few hours after the crime, an anomaly hunter was already on the scene, taking a look at the crime scene alongside two other anomaly hunters.
"It is quite the dreadful appearance they have been given, are you two okay?" asked one of them, she seemed deadly serious despite the nice question, her face had many freckles and her hair were orange, she was wearing a simple grey uniform.
The other two, two younger girls when compared to the middle-aged redheaded woman nodded in confirmation.
"Alright then, tell me what you can see about this scene" questionned the senior of the two.
The two of them wore a similar uniform to her's except that theirs were of a slightly shiny black, the one on the left, a girl with dark hair and a carefree air to herself looked away as she didn't have any clue, the one on the right was not much better on that aspect, she had dirty blonde hair.
They both looked around fervently and the dark-haired girl pointed at something.
"Here! The anomaly left some of its energy behind as it left, we just have to follow it and BOOM! We find it and we win" she said as she nodded her head as if to confirm her own statement.
"..." Their senior didn't speak a word and simply started following the trail, the two could only wonder what was the exact meaning of this.
After a while of walking without saying a word, they arrived near an abandoned factory.
"Alright, let's g-"
"No" the redheaded woman cut off the black haired girl by putting her hand in her face.
"Tsuki, Himari, you see these other buildings around? They are filled with anomalies, go take care of those while I take care of the one in this" she said, causing incomprehension to riddle the face of the other two.
"Are you thinking the anomalies in these buildings will be an issue if they join in? These buildings are super far away" said Himari.
"That's what I think, you won't survive long if you are not every bit as careful as you can be, got it?" uttered their senior.
"Yes miss Daburu..." spoke the both of them as they went away to do what they were told.
She waited for a bit before going inside the abandoned factory, making her entrance by kicking the rusty door of its hinges as she grabbed something from inside of her uniform.
From the darkness of the factory a creature leaped at her only to have its head exploded as she punched it with her fist alongside a brass knuckle.
A few more appeared from the darkness but they all met the same end, she quickly noticed that their bodies weren't dissipating as anomalous energy and squinted her eyes.
"Why don't you come out yourself instead of sending these trashes at me?" she spoke out loud and this time, what emerged from the darkness was something that looked very much like a human, neatly dressed three-piece suit and wearing glasses, the only thing that seemed a bit uncommon was the color of his eyes but she had already seen such things after being an anomaly hunter for so long.
'There's not doubt about it, that's a triple A' she thought, her decision to send the two girls away had been the right one, they wouldn't have fared a second against this one.
"No need to be so aggressive miss, I brought you here so that I could stop making trash after all" spoke the anomaly in very happy tone.
Immediately after speaking his bit, he ran at her, trying to get a hold of her.
She dodged his attempts at grabbing her as she analysed the anomaly in greater details, it certainly was weird even by an AAA standards.
She couldn't get a good read on his energy at all, he wasn't hiding it but it seemed like something else envelopped him and his anomalous energy, something that was acting as a blind.
'He's pretty fast but..' she thought before landing a straight hit into the side of his head, causing his head to burst and knocking his body away, however, the headless body landed on its feet as the head quickly regrew, even his glasses regrew alongside him, meaning that possibly the entirety of his clothes were nothing but extended skin.
He once again jumped forward but this time with an increased speed, he coated his hands with anomalous energy as he loomed in but before he was even in range, his head bursted again.
He regenerated his head effortlessly but was left confused.
'Was that her ability?' he thought as he saw her jump on an old device, getting the high-ground.
Meanwhile, she too was questionning his abilities.
'Considering the fact that his creatures don't disappear when killed, it means that they are not anomalies but animals or even humans that he transformed to be this way, also, when he used his energy to coat his hands a moment ago, I was able to clearly see it but when he regenerated, no energy was to be seen, that must mean that he is either bluffing using his strange blind-thing or that his regeneration doesn't consume energy like other anomalies' if it was true then that meant that his creatures could be seen by anyone and also that she wouldn't be able to strike him down by repeatedly bludgeoning him, unless his regeneration had a limit.
'I don't like this...' she thought as the anomaly looked up at her as dark claws sprouted from his fingers, piercing through his gloves.
For some reason a crazed smile was to be seen as it happened.
he immediately jumped at her, slashing at her with his claws as she walked in reverse, maneuvering the place with extreme ease.
It appeared like she was just dodging but the energy she was steadily accumulating told another story but the anomaly wasn't deterred by this and kept on attacking slowly but surely getting her pattern and way of dodging.
Suddenly, her energy was released and from her point of view it appeared like time was slowed down, she brought out her second brass knuckle and started punching away at the slow anomaly for no visual effect when the slow down stopped, the anomaly caved in and bursted in various places before being launched straight toward the other end of the room, crashing into wall.
As she had expected, he regenerated effortlessly despite the amount of damage and it seemed like he had suddenly gained in power as his next rush was must faster than before, not expecting the sudden speed, it appeared like she wouldn't be able to avoid the attack but just like before, as the anomaly was closing in, his body suddenly caved in and bursted just like it had a few moments ago, this time right in front of the hunter.
She took this occasion to shower the meat pile he currently was with blows before jumping up and punching through the ceiling, causing it to collapse on the anomaly.

When Oarion managed to get out of the rubbles, the hunter was nowhere to be seen, he had been properly smacked around with landing a single hit but it had proven to be a great learning lesson.
He made his claws reappear and smiled devilishly as he did so, it seemed like a few pushes were all he would need.
