Chapter 1 - Ten Thousand Dollars

"Ten thousand dollars. I'm sending it to your account right now." The amount of money mentioned by a rich woman with red lipstick managed to cause two friends who were sitting next to each other to hold back a smile that wanted to widen perfectly.

They hold back because they don't want to look bad in front of the client. One woman with short, shoulder-length silver hair was named Maddie Penelopez and another woman with black rib-length hair was named Castelia Konta.

They sat across from each other with a female client in one of the cafes at a crossroads. They sat in a corner on a soft sofa. Their clients were wearing broad white hats and sunglasses, but that didn't matter because their purpose in gathering this afternoon was nothing but money and work.

Maddie cleared her throat as she sat up straighter, reaching for the ear of the sky blue teacup before asking, "So, what do you want?"

Veronica was their client's name this afternoon, and the woman looked angry as she removed the sunglasses that covered her blue eyes. Veronica set it down on the table before replying, "Make sure that b*tch never sees my husband again."

Maddie and Castelia saw the anger in Veronica's eyes. That's right, that's the reason why people meet them and it's time to introduce themselves.

Maddie and Castelia are two girls who have been friends since elementary school and are now twenty-seven years old. Since childhood, Maddie and Castelia were not blessed with wealth but with intelligence and a little luck in life.

Who thought to earn big bucks with fun jobs like kicking b*tches ass? Grateful for the world's bad conditions and old friends who live in luxury. They are all a source of happiness for Castelia and Maddie who love to spend money.

It's been two years since Castelia and Maddie started work and it all started with the two men who betrayed them. Castelia and Maddie refuse to reminisce the heartbreaking story, but thanks to the loss of love that turn their life into joy.

Castelia propped her chin with her elbows on the table and asked, "Is that all?" To let Veronica know that these buddies would even scratch that woman's face for ten thousand dollars if she asked for it.

Veronica didn't respond but took out a square brown envelope from the red bag. She placed it on the table before saying, "That bastard bought his b*tch a house for three hundred thousand dollars." Veronica was angry, and it seemed that she would scratch her face alone if she could.

Veronica couldn't and didn't want to because she wanted to play pretty, avenging her husband for threatening her not to interfere without staining her delicate hands. Therefore, Veronica uses another method, asking someone else to do it and make sure her husband's b*tch goes on her own feet.

Veronica's arrival today was enough to prove how sick she was to see other women constantly receiving luxury items from her husband. "I need you to get the house back," Veronica said as she tapped on the brown envelope. She folded her right leg over her left before adding, "Do whatever you can. Even if necessary, scar her face and make sure my husband throws her away."

"Don't worry," Maddie replied with a sweet smile, her expression turning serious as she added, "We never fail." They have zero percent failure during work and that is the motto. 'Will not fail for money.'

No more talking, Veronica grabbed her glasses from the table and got up from her seat, she had just left the cafe and Maddie and Castelia looked at each other.

The sound of the phone notification broke the silence. Castelia took it from her shirt pocket and smiled broadly. A message that said ten thousand dollars had entered her account. Castelia didn't even have to say anything because Maddie could tell by the way she looked.

"Should we go now?" asked Castelia and Maddie nodded in response.

"Don't keep our client waiting long just because of a b*tch." Maddie took her sunglasses hanging from the collar of her leather jacket and put them on before walking out of the café with Castelia.

When can life be so much fun? Kick b*tches ass and visit another country the next day. Before boarding a large motorbike parked on the side of the road, Maddie and Castelia did high five.

The home address Veronica had previously given was right in front of their eyes, Castelia took off her helmet after getting off the motorbike and Maddie followed her. No one knows when but they have changed into the tight black clothes they always wear when they work.

Since their target—a woman named Bianca lived alone, they could slip in easily and walk freely as if the vast place belonged to them. It was three in the afternoon when Bianca was found sleeping on a wide bed in the middle of the room. She was startled by Castelia who had moved on to her. She covered her mouth to stop the screams from escaping.

Castelia sat on Bianca's stomach, smiling at her as she commented, "It must be nice to have a house from someone else's husband, right?" Seeing such a luxurious place that wasn't cheap caused Castelia to feel envious, but she would never lower herself, let alone have anything to do with a married man.

Maddie has the same principles, and they always stick together somehow. She approached and threw the envelope from Veronica in Bianca's face before saying, "I need you to sign the document." Documents to transfer ownership of the house Bianca lives in into Veronica's name.

Castelia took a penknife out of her trouser pocket as she interrupted, "Can we skip that part and scratch her face first?" Castelia knew very well that b*tches were always the same, they would complain to someone's husband about what happened using their pretty faces and sweet voices. But all of that goes to waste once that pretty face they had is ruined. That's what Castelia is trying to do to make sure this b*tch gets dumped by her wealthy mistress.

Bianca screamed hysterically from fear of seeing the sharp knife in Castelia's hand that was already beside her face. She rebelled, but Castelia wouldn't let go. Bianca looked at Maddie as she took the envelope from her face, acting like she would help her out of trouble.

Too bad, call Bianca unlucky because Maddie would prefer to hurt her first to get her to obey. "Do it, Cas," replied Maddie calmly. She turned and took a seat on the single sofa near the large window closed by the white curtains. The scorching sun shone through, but the white sheet reduced the brightness in Maddie's eyes.

Castelia did as she said earlier, scratched Bianca's cheek and ensured that the bleeding wound would leave a mark that would never go away. The more Bianca struggled or screamed, the harder Castelia pressed against her mouth.

Bianca cried in pain even though her voice couldn't get past Castelia's palm covered in black gloves. Castelia was heartless, coldly rebuking, "This is the reason why you shouldn't flirt with someone's husbands, B*tch."
