(Jasmine POV)
oh! God, dam! it's so freaking hot, who would have told my cousin sister's son to put this much chilli sauce in my noodles🍜. quite a mischievous habit of him putting things like this in my lunch that I don't stan. still, he is a kid and kids have to be so mischievous sometimes. God, dam it's hot.
where is water I was searching for a long it's like some has put fire on my mouth? Mint where are you? I was like in college campus when this accident happens. I was finding myself some water but couldn't find it. Mint was also in his class and no one was having water with them at that time I asked my friend to go and bring some water for me so I can get relief from this burn. I was felling if there was an ocean I wanna drank the whole ocean to the single droplet of water remains. luckily someone hands were there to come like and angels hands looks like coming from the light offered me some water.
"Here, take it."
I suddenly see the water bottle and take it without having any kind of embarrassment. I know I should be a little respectful but the situation was saying something else, at that duration if see to be more prominent I would surely perish. I drank and drank until the bottle gets empty.
"What a relief," I said those words and my face soften itself from the tension. same as feels like a flower long waited for sunshine and water do.
I haven't seen the person that has given me water. but when I realise I quickly turned around for say thanks to him. and see the persons face. it was him. the guy I have to meet at the hospital doors.
"P you are?"
he looks quite suspicious maybe he tries to recall my face.
"ah! you are the women who helped me that day. I have thanked you for that day."
he was with a friend, someone I know. who said him to stay quiet and don't use so causal way to talk to me. he whispered I didn't clearly hear that. but surely he said I'm Jasmine and I'm their senior. after hearing that he apologise to me.
"Sorry I haven't introduced myself, I'm Freddie from faculty of mechanical engineering 2nd year."
his other friend asked me
"by the way P, I have not seen you in this area before, is that any work here?"
"no, just have a free period, so I was relaxing"
"oh."
"oh I'm sorry but I have to go." I take a look at my watch and I take my greetings and left.
(Freddie POV)
"oh, she is P'Jasmine."
I said it and smile just a little bit. I asked my friend about her and he told me.
"I kinda feel a little bit pity for her, her dad died a few years ago, she has a supportive mom. she has taken the burden in her shoulder. she has to do work while studying. luckily her mom is a good cook it helps them a lot she at least earns enough for daily need from that."
I was now concerned. when I asked my friend about her furthermore, he not told in detail but quite a summary about her life. I can understand that.
"Bro, she is pretty."
"yes you are bit right, but her prettiness has been eaten by her fate"
I nodded my head as an understanding yes. he looked at my eyes and said.
"wait, are you?."
he said it is quite an unusual way that I find annoyed myself by him. before he can say any further I stopped his words.
"no, I don't mean by that. just quite sympathy with her."
I said my friend
"I hope I can see her frequent from now on."
