I hesitated. "In your big bike?"
He smiled and raised his brow. "Don't you think it's ironic? You are afraid of that thing but you are not afraid of me."
"It look more dangerous than you, actually."
He hissed and suppressed a smile. He then led me to where his Diavel was parked.
"Here." He gave me his black helmet. "I didn't bring an extra so just use mine for now."
I wore it without worrying about him. I doubt if he would break his skull in a road accident, anyway. If he hit his head on the road, the road would surely be dismantled while his head would remain unharmed.
"Wrap your arms around my waist, Eve," he said when I went like a statue behind him. I was just kind of overwhelmed. I thought he will never talk to me again and I won't have a chance to be this close to him again. So the feeling of his presence all over me felt too surreal that I couldn't believe that this is really happening.
