Now Vicky has finally reached the anonymous guy who appeared out of mist.
"So, why are you here, what do you want to know?" asked the anonymous guy in a heavy voice.
"Well, I am here to know the complete truth about San Bringanza, earlier you told me about the devil making deals with people in the form of contracts against fulfilling their wishes," said Vicky.
"Yes true," said the anonymous guy.
"So what happened next?" asked Vicky.
"The devil kept on making contracts as the souls of the people were the only way to possess a body in the realm 1(earth)," said the anonymous guy.
"So how many souls does he need, to acquire a body for himself," asked Vicky.
"I don't know, you have to ask the devil," the anonymous guy replied.
"Ok, proceed," said Vicky.
"The father of the church came to know about it that some people are worshiping the devil. Father with his fellow helpers tried to figure out how such a pure-hearted fallen into the trap of the devil. Slowly and slowly crime rate kept on increasing. The father knew that devil inside people is provoking them. One day will come when this town will lose its identity. The same thing happened as the father of the church predicted. People got out of control, and even local police were unable to handle the situation. So to stop their rebellious behavior, the police commissioner gave the orders the shoot at sight. Now, police shot down those people who were trying to acquire things illegally. Many people died, and those who died, their souls were automatically transferred to the devil.
The father sensed the negativity in the ambiance of the town and he decide to trick the devil.
Hence he performed a ritual with his colleagues so that the devil should show up to him. And the devil appeared right in front of him. They had a long conversation and in the end, the father bargained for the spirits of innocent dead people, he said if the devil will spare their souls then the father will offer him his soul.
The devil thought it was a good deal and agreed. The devil forwarded his hand bearing a scroll, that scroll was the contract on which every person who agreed to give their soul, signed by dropping a drop of blood through their fingers.
The same has to be done by the father, but here father realised the opportunity and he snatched the scroll from the devil's hand. As soon as the father had the scroll he ran away from the devil. Since the devil didn't have a body so he was unable to hurt the father directly. The Father and his colleagues performed this ritual outside the town, So they quickly mounted the horse and ran towards the church. After reaching the church father knew that devil won't remain silent, he will do something aggression. So the father decided to destroy the scroll but that was the devil's scroll that can't be destroyed so easily.
Here devil had gone mad with aggression and he ordered the souls which he obtained from the people to go and possess the minds of other people in the town and stop father.
Then those spirits started possessing people's minds and the possessed people headed toward the church.
They broke into the church, and a few people in church tried to defend but the number of people overpowered them. They grabbed the father and threw him outside the church. The father holding the scroll ran toward his house and possessed people followed.
The sun has set, so this made the devil even stronger, the devil ordered those people to perform a ritual that will open the gates between hell and realm 1.
When father reached the home, he saw no one was following him, he realised that something more worse was going to happen. He knocked on the house, his wife opened the door. he rushed into the house sweating badly and rapidly breathing.
Here the devil sent his shadow creature which consumed human flesh and captured the soul of the person which he consumed.
Slowly and the slowly whole town was captured by shadow-creature, and people were slaughtered like anything. Only one house was left, that was of the father's.
The father realized that they are approaching his home, So he took out scroll and gave it to his son who was only 5 years old. He said he declares his son to be the owner of this scroll. As soon as the son touched the scroll, the scroll disappeared and went inside his son.
Then he saw a shadow creature coming towards his home, so he asked his wife and son to stay inside while he went outside the house to face him.
He knew that he is going to die, therefore to stop this creature and evil spirits, he cursed the town so that no spirit would be able to cross the town's boundary. They will be trapped here forever and ever.
The shadow creature grabbed the father from the skull and sloughed his head off," said the anonymous guy.
But his voice starting becoming heavy and slow, the world around Vicky started shaking and he realised that he is going back.
"WAIT NO.._" Vicky reacted and he woke up from the water in the bathtub.
After taking few rapid breaths, Vicky asked looking the professor
"How much time has passed,"
"2 minutes, you are good at holding your breath," said professor Oak.
" Not too good, I was about to know the complete truth but came back due to shortness of breath," said Vicky.
"I see, so did you get to know about shadow-creature?" asked the professor.
"He is devil's representative came from hell, he is responsible for condition of San Briganza," said Vicky.
But this was not enough, Vicky need to know the complete truth.
