Chapter 3 - Chapter 3. Imai Yasushi > The third love interest.

Last but not least was Imai Yasushi. He was the goddamn hardest when it came to beating his path because you just couldn't get an actual happy ending for him.

Liz was so fed up with his path that she just couldn't sympathise with the bastard!

Yasushi was the most cynical and murderous out of all three of them and he was the most dangerous to even be around. He didn't have a "sad" past per se, but if you got to know his path she supposed you could say it was…"pitiful" or perhaps he just had these psychopathic tendencies because he had seen one death and it…triggered something that was already there? One could wonder.

It showed in the game that when he was only three years old he had been walking on the street with his mother, when they had both witnessed a man get crushed by a truck; All of his bones getting crushed and his blood being splattered across the road. It was a truly gory scene to behold. Yasushi having been only three when he saw this incident and didn't know how to respond. He hadn't known the concept of death yet. He had just stood there even when his mother tried to take him away or cover his eyes; He stood there and stared for a few minutes going over the details of the man before turning to look at his mother, smiling and walking away while dragging her along.

As he grew older his curiosity grew as well. It was like a seed slowly growing until at the age of eight it blossomed like a flower but was nowhere near as beautiful.

He was playing out in his back garden on an autumns day when when he heard a chirping noise coming from a tree of yellow and red. He walked up to it and saw a small little Ryuki Robin that had been stuck between two branches and could not get out. He slowly reached out to it, trying not to scare the robin. He moved away one of the small branches with his thin fingers and helped the bird out of the tight space. As soon as he did that the bird flew away.

The next day he looked for the bird and found it perched atop the same tree as yesterday. He had brought food to give to the robin so he could gain its trust. His plan was to feed it everyday and care for it tenderly until finally Yasushi could do what he intended to do.

On a chilly and snowy day the robin saw his friend, the boy approaching him and got excited to see him so he quickly got out of the tree trunk and flew up to him. The robin could sense something was off but chose to ignore it and instead landed on the boys shoulder and nuzzled his cheek with affection. Yasushi smiled viciously before grabbing the robin roughly with one hand, who squeaked in

surprise.

He pulled out a sharp rock and held the robin with the other hand before piercing the robins belly multiple times as the robins blood seeped out onto the pure white snow colouring it into a deep crimson colour. He dug the rock deeper into the bird sighing happily as he heard the robins thin and fragile bones cracking. The blood and flesh covering his hands completely. He grinned wildly at the horrific scene, finding pleasure in the birds dismay. A true psycho at his best, even if he was still a child.

The poor robin whimpered silently until it's last breath. Perhaps it was the robins fault for being too trusting? No. That's non-justifiable. It most certainly was not the robins fault. Yasushi could be seen as way too innocent at first glance that he could persuade anyone to fall to his whim. Even she, had fallen for his tricks in the game. Which very much pissed her off! So she just had to finish his route! She simply had to.

As the years went by his crimes increased, as did his victims; One of them being his father.

Liz felt no sympathy towards him. None at all. He was a godforsaken bastard who didn't deserve any love. Yes, that was harsh but it was true.

In a similar way in the game, Yasushi got the trust of the mc by acting nice and giving her desserts, sweet nothings and small embraces to make her fall for him until it would be finally revealed what his true nature was giving you a vivid scene of his childhood crime.

His happy ending, ended with you dying. No explanation needed.

His bad ending, ended with you dying as well. ( the only difference being that this death had more gore then necessary.)

That was his path and no, you don't need to sympathise with him. I'd advise you don't as he is a very big backstabber.
