In the battlefield four beings were the most prominent. Two soared through the skies, one used flaming punches on Ksilisab, and one distracted with ice and fire, drawing its attention. One was heavily armored and used a glowing longsword and a malicious aura against Ksilisab. The last latched itself onto Ksilisab's body and dug into it relentlessly with daggers.
Eodum held its position with its tail as it slashed and hacked away with its two daggers. Each attack individually didn't deal much damage, but the speed of each attack chipped away at Ksilisab's Hp. Over and over, as Ksilisab's large frame moved around, Eodum struck its daggers into Ksilisab's body. The work was tiring, but there weren't any other ways. Or were there?
Sheila continually drilled through Ksilisab with her malicious and ominous aura. The stench of rotting flesh permeated through the air as parts of Ksilisab wasted away. It was tiring as Sheila had to maneuver and keep up with that specific part of Ksilisab. Ksilisab was constantly moving around and Sheila had to keep up with it. While it was tiring, there were clear results as the hold in Ksilisab grew.
Kali flew around Ksilisab, jumping off compacted air. She hopped off these platforms and threw flaming aura punches at Ksilisab. Each fist scorched and burned the scales of Ksilisab. Kali threw punches at all of Ksilisab as she danced through the sky. She did a flip in the air, bringing her fists together and slammed down in the air; a pair of aura fists slammed down into Ksilisab's spine, causing it to spit out some blood.
Henry hovered in the air, waterboarding Ksilisab with a waterfall of freezing cold water. When Henry found himself running low on Mp, he would alternate to engulfing Ksilisab's body in flame. The attacks weren't damaging, but they were painful and distracting. Each attack drew Ksilisab's attention away from the others. The mobility of Henry made it so the attacks of Ksilisab were avoided easily.
These damn pests. These creatures pestered Ksilisab with weaponry, magic, and whatever else. They weren't hurting it much, but they were still hurting it. If this kept up, they would eventually kill it. It had to do something. It was time to get serious. Ksilisab pupils widened as it stared at the being in the sky, ready to activate its skill.
Sheila continually drilled into Ksilisab with her [Rotting Aura], but something changed. Ksilisab's body tensed up, even the parts rotting seemed to become tensed. She searched the battlefield for any reason why, and she saw Ksilisab looking up. She watched as its pupil widened and realized at what Ksilisab was about to do, "EVERYONE, GET OUT OF ITS LINE OF SIGHT!!!"
As soon as Sheila said that, Henry and Kali looked at Ksilisab's head. They saw the pupils of Ksilisab widen and widen. They quickly dodged out of the way, but they were both too late. The pupils shrunk in an instant and Kali's right foot and left leg were petrified; Henry's bottom half suddenly felt heavy and dragged him down, as it had been petrified. Kali had a similar experience as she found herself unable to jump off of condensed air anymore.
The two hit the ground with a thud, luckily their petrified parts were intact and fine. They both shrieked in pain and terror as they're bodies lost all sensation, and the flesh connected to the stone sent waves of pain through the two. The surrounding area which was in Ksilisab's line of sight had turned to stone. This went on for an eighth of a kilometer.
Eodum hopped off Ksilisab to see the damage. It was awful. Eodum knew it couldn't keep holding back, unless it wanted to die. Eodum faced its head back at Ksilisab and glared. It casted [Gravity Anchor] and [Gravity Up] in the sky. It flooded the spells with tons of Mp to increase their size and power. Once it was finally enough, Eodum casted the spells with a big enough size to engulf Ksilisab.
Ksilisab was launched into the air along with Eodum. Sheila had already backed away, waiting for Ksilisab's next move. The two shot through the sky, with Ksilisab visibly alarmed. Eodum then casted its new spell [Gravity Null]. At the same time, Eodum spun in the air and transformed into its rat form with its clothing going into the void. The two floated in the air; the feeling of a lack of gravity was a disorienting experience for Eodum and Ksilisab.
… Or at least it should've. Eodum, Henry, and Sheila have been sleeping and staying in the void, a place of no light, no gravity, nothing. In addition, Eodum's species had a natural connection and affinity with the void, so this was natural for Eodum. Eodum shot its tail out at Ksilisab, and grappled onto it. It pulled its tail back, and flew at Ksilisab using the force from pulling itself at Ksilisab.
Eodum flew at Ksilisab and latched itself onto Ksilisab. It transformed its claws and made them longer, sharper, and deadlier. Eodum crawled along Ksilisab to where Sheila was drilling into Ksilisab, and began clawing and digging into Ksilisab. Eodum ripped through Ksilisab's body at rapid speeds, but then Ksilisab did a very familiar counterattack. Ksilisab tightened its muscles to crush Eodum to death
Its muscles and flesh tightened and flexed around Eodum. Eodum however, was ready for this. Its previous encounter with this kinda attack almost killed Eodum, so it was ready for these kinda attacks. Eodum shrunk itself and compacted itself, and then expanded to quadruple its normal size. Spikes then shot out of Eodum's skin, kinda like a pufferfish.
It flexed even harder out of surprise. Well shit. This was not what Eodum was expecting. Doesn't matter, Eodum had a plan B. Eodum went back to its normal combat form, and used [Void Entry]. Eodum jumped through the portal, and the flesh collapsed without Eodum's resistance. The portal closed and chopped off part of Ksilisab's muscle.
… Well, now what?
