In her desperation, she heard faint voices from outside the realm calling her.
"Aolig! Aolig! Aolig!"
It was the voice of her mother. Suddenly a force appeared like a heavy wind and carried her up and threw her outside the illusion.
She woke to find the whole Eyme clan gathered around her with elder Gwamho.
Mevlak had sent their courtier to bring her uncle since morning when they found out that she was unconscious.
It is very rare for a cultivator to get sick. It is almost impossible!
"Child," elder Gwamho called her. "What did you see?"
Aolig was confused with all the ears and eyes around, she didn't know what to explain. So she lied.
"A void!"
Elder Gwamho was shaken but decided to keep it inside him. From his experience all these years he had never seen anybody that escaped the void.
Moreover he felt a tyrannical power hidden inside Aolig's body.
"Your bloodline…!" he stuttered after checking her pulse.
"What is it uncle?" Mevlak asked with concern. Even general Jlav felt his heart in his throat.
"Her bloodline is now perfectly pure!"
"What?" both general Jlav and Mevlak exclaimed in shock.
Everybody in the room was astonished. This is a great news!
100% bloodline purity has been the dividing line between emperors and great emperors. In fact it is practically impossible to have bloodline purity of this level until emperor realm.
Even then only about one in a million or billion will succeed.
"Who is the Chaotic desolate?" Aolig asked.
Everybody in the room became solemn. It is almost a taboo topic to talk about the fiend celestials.
"You will naturally know when you reach emperor realm," general Jlav cautioned sternly.
Aolig has heard and read about the void and some rudimentary information about the chaos from the imperial librarian when she was twelve years old.
She had always imagined what it would be like inside the void or the chaos.
"Congratulations general and princess royal, at least she would be a rank one great emperor in the future," elder Gwamho said with certainty.
He was very happy.
The more powerful the three clans are, the stronger the alliance will be.
Elder Gwamho is probably one of the highest ranked sage in the whole land of Lhney except for the sages of Zvit and fairies of the forest of illusion.
"Congratulations master!"
It was his head disciple. Congratulations were in order since he accomplished the impossible feat.
"I guess congratulations are in order elder Gwamho," general Jlav laughed. He too felt the aura from elder Gwamho.
Once he goes into seclusion, emperor realm is within the grasps.
He just chuckled. His old eyes piercing into Aolig like a needle, he knew she lied. But he didn't care, everyone has their fortuitous encounter.
The void is a formless space, capable of swallowing the whole Lhney. How can Aolig survive it. It was only opened once by the elder of the Zvit during the purge.
It took the lives of countless other Zvit sages to close it.
"If the void is still active then there is problem."
His face was solemn when he expressed his opinion. It was the assistant dean of the school of Lhney, elder Lavik Gwamho.
Everybody there were shocked.
"It is okay for now, we will what to do when that time comes."
Aolig was accompanied by Mavlak to the bathroom. Aolig smiled, she can't simply explain what she saw but she knows it was not the void.
She knew that that was once in a lifetime opportunity from now she would not have any bottleneck till great emperor realm.
Even now her cultivation has risen to half-step mortal-dust realm.
Mavlak stood by the pillar near the bathroom. He was not leaning but rather standing with military bearing, with broad shoulders blocking the door.
Aolig occasionally looked out from the bathroom to look at her brother standing like a statue.
'Don't worry brother am alright,' she said in her heart.
"Am okay brother," she said with excitement.
Deep down she hoped that he would not leave.
She had never feared anything before, but this encounter has instilled fear in her, she now knew that there are many things above her.
She couldn't afford to be careless again.
'What if it was a malicious spirit?' she thought. She shivered at her own thought.
'I should focus on my cultivation from now on,' she said in her heart.
