"Your scheming in my jurisdiction and detaining my father are things I can forgive you for. However, touching my lady?! That is your most serious blunder!" Jonas exclaimed, which caught me off guard.
Because of Nicolas, I was unaware of what happened during Jonas' fight.
The only visible thing was him at this point... standing in the middle of the hall, his claws dripping with blood.
"Jonas..." I screamed in shock. Seeing him in this state made me want to crumble in fear.
I can't seem to catch a glimpse of Jonas, who always has a charming and tender expression on his face.
The person in front of me now emits a dreadful aura, as if he is a beast waiting to devour the person beside me.
"So it turns out that the rumor about Jonas Hale is true... You are indeed unnerving," Nicolas said, putting me down.
