After doing her routine Daphne went straight to her parents room, she almost walked in without knocking but when an image in her head popped up on how she walked into her parents room without knocking one day she found them right in the middle of sexual intercourse she changed her mind and decided to stay on the safer side for the sake of her eyes.
Heaven knows she couldn't unseen the sight of her parents doing it and it haunted her for a long time but who could she blame?
No one told her not to knock in the first place.
The good thing is that the King and Queen didn't even know that such a thing happened because there were so immersed in each other that nothing in the world mattered except them.
Daphne applauded the moon goddess for that or else she wasn't even sure if she'd be alive by now or if her parents would've had her head.
Sigh.
Daphne stopped in front of the door and then raised her fist to knock twice before she stepped back and put her hands behind her looking like an investigator with her dark shades.
Who the hell wears shades in the house? Daphne does.
She waited a few minutes before she came face to face with the person she didn't necessarily want to see.
"Dad." She breathed as she kept her eyes stuck to his face.
The man was out of breath and Daphne honestly didn't even want to start thinking of what they were doing on the other side of the door for her own sake.
"Good morning father, I was wondering if I could talk to mum. It is kind of urgent and I need her opinion on this so I need to see her before going to work.
The man looked at his daughter and was momentarily stunned to hear that she was looking for her mother.
'Weren't they staring themselves down just yesterday?'
The man thought but unfortunately for him no one could answer his question except for Daphne herself or maybe his wife.
" Yes of course you can talk to her, I will get her and shed meet you in the dining room." The King answered his daughter and Daphne just gave a curt nod before she turned around and walked to the dining room.
Daphne walked into the dining room and found her sister seated there already.
"I see someone's up already." Daphne smirked as she said that. The young woman already knew what she wanted and she was just going to hand it to her on a platter of gold because she was feeling extra generous today.
Yeah that's a lie. She was getting something in return in the long run that's the main reason she decided that she would do the honors in dropping Amidala off at school today.
Generous right?
"Morning sister. How did you sleep last night hmm?" Amidala chewed and swallowed before asking her sister who just walked into the dining room.
She had a hunch that her sister was going to her school today and she wanted to tag along of course because why not?
She didn't see anyone stopping her now so she could tag along with no problems.
"Why are you up this early? Last I remember you hate the mornings and always sleep in so why the change today?" Daphne pulled out a chair not far from Amidala and sat down while asking her sister with a smirk on her face.
"I want you to drop me at school that's why." Amidala blurted out as the King and Queen walked into the dining room.
Daphne adverted her gaze from her sister to her parents.
"Good morning mum and dad." Amidala greeted her parents while Daphne who wasn't in the mood for pleasantries looked straight at her mother.
"I need to talk to you."
