"Phoebe! My darling Phoebe." Rehab engulfed Phoebe in a warm hug before Connery could even realize and act fast.
Phoebe froze...how was her mom here? She couldn't ponder more because Connery pulled Rehab away from Phoebe harshly, startling her.
Rehab, annoyed, struggled out of Connery's grip and wanted to harm him when Phoebe stopped her.
"Mom stop!"
Rehab froze midair and turned her head to face Phoebe in confusion. Japheth arrived and quickly held Rehab to himself and glared at Connery who was totally lost.
Phoebe didn't even know what to say. She just stared at her parents with many questions running through her mind.
Five hefty wolves came quickly to protect Connery and Phoebe, but Connery stopped them with just a raise of his hand.
Japheth and Rehab wanted to attack but when the wolves froze at the spot, they looked at Connery and found out he was the one who stopped them from further disaster.
"Who is this man Phoebe?"
