Kiss and tell

The pictures were grainy, the damn investigator I hired was a joke, sending me a hoard of blurry pictures to pick through. What I managed to get was:
Kavi was okay, they had pictures of her leaving the hospital. That was a positive note. She looked sickly, which was concerning. According to the doctor I paid handsomely, she was okay for the time being.
She left with that ape man she was fucking though; even spending the night at his apartment. I slammed down the grainy picture of her wrapped up with him in bed, seething still. Last time I got the chance, I did shove him down, hoping he would take the hint, and run away from her. He was wearing a sling in one picture, but it wasn't enough.
I needed her to stay away from him before I was forced to kill him.
There she was, pushing me to kill again. Just like before… No one can touch her.
