By time the strange man appeared, the demon was already crawling his way out. Knowing he planned to hurt her overloaded me.
Every time I see her, I have no control. I had planned to just leave, let her be, but when he grabbed her… I lost control. Again.
My hands and mouth were drenched in his blood, the blood staining my light-colored shirt, dripping down my pants. The car couldn't move fast enough; I ducked in and out of alleys, trying to avoid anyone seeing me. The car topped at 250kph and I kept it to the red line the entire trip. Tears poured down my face, the feelings of shame eating at me, my stomach turning. I had several mouthfuls of blood before I could stop myself.
