"His name will be Arthur, Arthur Wright." Said the man standing over his wife as they welcomed their newborn boy into the world. The infant had yet to open his eyes but they could see him silently breath and were reassured from the hospital staff that told him his vitals were perfect.

"Huh? What is this and where did it come from?" thought Alex/Arthur

"It's like a game!" thought Alex as he looked at the interface.
"Hey, wait a second, my name is Alex"
***System has identified a given name of Arthur Wright***
"Well, I can come back to that later" Thought Alex as he finally opened his eyes.
The first thing he noticed was being in the arms of giants! Until he was able to make out a tiny hand. His tiny hand! He balled up his fist and attempted to move it around as the 2 figures cooed at him from above calling him "baby Arthur".
"I died" thought Alex. "But then I came back I guess? I will use this chance to do my best and live a life my old mother would be proud of, taking the name Arthur. It has a ring to it"
As the new baby Arthur took in his surroundings the nurse ran back in to his new parents.
"He's gifted!" cried the nurse. "The tests came back and he's showing a system rating off the charts"
"What is his system rating then, what does it mean?" Asked Arthurs dad, his excitement barely contained.
"It means his system rating is above a B rank." Said the nurse enthusiastically. "Our testing equipment is fairly old, and being on a backwater like this we rarely see anyone with a system rating greater than C. This is the first in 10 years"
"Above rank B? Could he possibly have S level rank?" asked Arthurs dad
"Possibly, but unlikely" said the nurse. It's probably an A or very nearly an A. Some of the lower A ranked systems are no better than a top grade B system from what I'm told. The test is never perfect. You'll have to wait and see what happens as he gets older. If he gets into an academy they will be able to better predict what his system level and capabilities will be."
Arthur heard all this and cooed enthusiastically. It looks like he was blessed in this new life. He wasn't sure what this system was they were talking about, but it reminded him of old video games he used to play back in his old life. He wasn't able to talk or communicate yet. He had decided to never speak of his reincarnation as people would probably look at him like he was crazy anyways. He was excited about this system and this new life he was granted.
He quickly pulled up his interface and looked at the system again noticing that there was a daily quest.
[Daily quest: Drink Milk - Awards 5 EXP]
"That's interesting" thought Arthur. Arthur began to make crying noises and his mother began to lift him up to her breast. He latched on and began to greedily eat like there was no tomorrow.
[Daily quest complete - 5 EXP awarded]
[5/10 EXP]
Arthur lay there in his mother's arms thinking about all the things he may be able to do in his new life with this system and then slowly drifted off to sleep. The last thing he remembered thinking was that he needed to work on that stamina somehow.

The hospital they left was quite small. Arthur understood what backwater meant once he was able to get a good look at his surroundings. A town wouldn't quite do this justice from what he could see on the way to the transport. The transport was just that, a transport. It didn't look anything like the old cars and trucks of his old world. It was utilitarian like everything else he had seen. Boxy and gray. A side hatch opened up and Arthur was taken to a seat that quickly adjusted to his small size. His father took controls and input something into the transport system and then turned around to wait for his wife to buckle in beside him.
The drive home was uneventful. Arthur couldn't make out much from his seat except a bunch of utilitarian gray buildings they would pass every once in awhile. Just like on his old world before he passed, this world was dreary. Gray skies with a tinge of yellow.
Every once in awhile it looked like they passed some sort of military patrol but there was nothing else of note on the long journey.
The transport suddenly turned on a small road and pulled up to a small, utilitarian of course, building.
"Welcome home Arthur" said the couple together.
