Chapter 25 - The best day of Charlie's life

As soon as Willow was out of sight, Adelia paused. Quickly wiping her chocolate-stained hands on the expensive couch because who cares since they're so stinking rich, she sneakily picked up his phone.

"Hmm, password?"

A bit skeptical, she typed in 4 digits. With a slight click, the phone unlocked to a simple blue background. Adelia laughed in glee, "You're so easy to figure out, Will! Who the hell keeps their password 1234?"

Still, she smiled because she was able to unlock it so easily. The hardest part of her plan was now cleared.

"...No, not this, ah! Here it is! Charlie's contact. Lemme just send a message-"

Opening the chat, she quickly typed out something. "Come....to my house quickly...for the project."

She pressed send, a triumphant smile covering her face. Ah, it's finally time for the project trope!

Adelia was sure that Charlie wouldn't have even seen her message so she used Willow's number. She had to get him here quickly, after all. Why did she need to do that? For the plot, duh!

Willow always wore loose night suits in the evening after shower. Now, when he'll come out with his hair dripping wet, the wide neck of his clothes exposing his fair collarbones, the male lead is sure to fall for him right then and there! She almost couldn't wait for it!

After about 10 minutes, the doorbell rang. A little surprised, Adelia mused, "He's here so early? Wow, that's impressive. As expected of the male lead! The traffic never bothered him anyway, lol."

Adelia opened the door, a fake smile plastered on her face. "Oh, you're here. Honesty, I didn't expect-"

"Shut up. Where's Will?" Charlie snapped, eager to see Willow. He was wearing simple clothes but still looked a thousand times better than the most handsome actors. To be honest, he wanted to wear the more than 8-digit digit suit he had lying over, but his sister stopped him. It would've been awkward if he dressed too formally.

Clenching her fists, Adelia tried to remain calm. "Well, he's inside."

Without even waiting for an invitation, Charlie strode over. He said in a domineering manner, "I'm coming in, then. Oh god, I just can't wait to see my perfect Willow! Where is he?"

Trying hard not to distort her face and punch that snobby expression right off this guy's face, Adelia replied, "If someone didn't cut me off, I was about to say it. He's in the shower right now. Let's wait in his room."

Charlie almost couldn't contain his excitement as he thought about it. He's going to Willow's room? Him? Wow, this is all too good to be true!

He...He could see the things that have the fortune to be touched, used by his Willow everyday. He would readily sell his soul anytime to be one of the pencils held by him, even if only for one day.

That one day would be the best of his life anyway. He'll die with no regrets.
