After manipulating Dodoria to be on my side, we have been meeting frequently without it being a secret. Our meetings were not out of Frieza's sight, however, that was not a bad thing.
Frieza saw this as his subordinate having the remaining saiyans under control and making them even more loyal, in a way he started to see Dodoria with better eyes, making him slowly think he's more important than Zarbon, his other right-hand man — He even indirectly raised the importance of the saiyans in his head.
This was all part of my plan, but of course, it's not going to turn us into important people overnight — We are slowly but surely gaining Frieza's trust, and doing so much faster than the other members of the army. I had my reputation formed as Prince Vegeta's trainer, to some this made them see me better than Vegeta himself, others thought I was weaker than him and would give me less importance.
But that slightly low profile was exactly what I wanted.... I could manipulate the entire army from the shadows without a single suspicion..... Hehehehehehe... Although, this whole plan didn't come up to me alone, in fact I had another much less effective plan, one that Zak improved greatly.... He may be a bastard, but he's an expert at planning and manipulating, the best one I know for sure...
During this time, instead of training my body I focused on my skills and meditating, after a while of checking my body in detail with my Ki and medical knowledge, I could feel a noticeable change in it, it didn't increase my strength, but I felt like it was.... Better... More resistant... As Zak said, my cells were stronger, they could store more energy and divide faster with fewer failures, this would increase my regeneration speed without shortening my life expectancy.
Despite all this, it was only a minuscule change, I still had a long way to go before I could get past this limit of mine.... At least my stats had increased quite a bit after almost dying in the magma.

They were pretty high, they would serve me to survive while I'm stuck in this breaking point.... Unless I do something stupid of course.
After a while I managed to find a way to increase Cha other than waiting to grow up: Manipulating people, convincing them, leading a group, etc. These things could increase my Cha while my Int and Wis were rapidly increasing as there was so much planning and manipulation going on.
At the moment the only way I had to increase the main stats (Vit, Str and Dex) was with stat points, which are obtained in quests.
I had also gained a new title, apparently being a soldier in Frieza's army was not enough to earn it, but becoming a sergeant was, Vegeta was in a special position between Corporal First Class and Corporal Major, being the leader of the saiyan team. Now I had been promoted to sergeant, so basically I could take charge of the training of troops, I could lead missions with, normally, two groups led by two corporals, and I had a unit under my command — That is to say two groups with two corporals, these two obeyed my orders, one of the groups was the saiyan one obviously.
I could even give orders to corporals of another unit to their soldiers, however if their own sergeant ordered them otherwise, they would ignore me. If I went overboard with the orders I give to other units they could complain about me to a superior and possibly remove me from the position, which is something I did not want.
All this was because the saiyans in my team had been trained by me, and they had shown great results, I had demonstrated my leadership skills on multiple occasions, and besides, Frieza's army wanted me to be loyal to them, so they gave me a good position to make me feel comfortable, all this was even easier having one of the superiors on my side, Dodoria, he couldn't promote me directly as he was not from the logistics and administration team, but his opinion had a great relevance.
This promotion had angered many people, these proud races had been working hard and suddenly a "monkey" had come and been promoted as if nothing, this caused hatred towards our race, but there were some more flexible races that accepted it, all this was what I wanted the most.
Many races in Frieza's Army had been at war in ancient times, for this reason many races were discriminated against while the others were proud, it's not as noticeable nowadays as it was in ancient times, but that was taken care of by me.
Dodoria and I would often go out for a drink and talk in secret, although I didn't drink alcohol. Every time someone would look at me with hatred held probably because of my promotion or jealousy of having Dodoria by my side, there was even hatred for personal reasons towards Dodoria and evidently jealousy of being Frieza's right-hand man overflowed from the soldiers and everyone multiple ranks lower than him.
Every time there was a look like that directed to us, I would tell Dodoria "See, the racism has already reached this point.... They can't walk past a Saiyan without hating him.... They're even looking at you with hatred for being with me.... I'm sorry", after a while I didn't need to say anything, Dodoria noticed them by himself.
I led a mission to a nearby star system, we had to capture it, luckily the ships they gave us were better than the saiyan ones I used before. Under my command there were two races that I had chosen, they were quite similar humanoid species, but with different skin colors, they were larger and wider reaching 3 meters of height — They also had claws, one race was slightly smaller, thinner and had agile eyes prepared for night vision; the other race was larger and wider with worse vision, these races had formerly fought for control of their planet.
The physically stronger race had reduced the agile one, creating a strong racism, but despite them the agile were still rebelling and trying to be the ruling race. While the two races spent resources, they failed to notice how Frieza's army came and took over the two races and the planet, this event, instead of making them open their eyes, created a more intense hatred, all because "Without them, we would have seen it coming, and we would have defended ourselves better", after a while the hatred was buried remaining in resentment.
All this information was stored in army files to which I had access with my rank of sergeant, it was not difficult for Zak to save the information in my mental palace, basically it was like a computer, I could ask for something and files with information on the subject would appear in my mind.
During this mission I took it upon myself to win the friendship of the repressed race, I made it so that each one could see the statistics of the mission, creating a sense of competitiveness to see which race did better, the former oppressor race kept doing everything better than the other race, and without the others knowing it, I kept giving support and compliments to the better race, increasing their ego until I slowly made them believe that they were much better than the other race, the funny thing is that this was only in less than a month.
Is it an exaggeration? Hahahaha! Not at all!
Even in my past life there were experiments where they told an innocent bunch of kids that they were better than the rest because of their eye color, that made them discriminate each other in a mere day! Imagine what I can do in a whole month! And even better, all of this hatred already existed! I'm just digging it up! HAHAHAHA!
Finally, I decided it was the ideal time to increase their hatred to the maximum. While they slept I took out some syringes that I had prepared for this occasion, in my previous life there already existed drugs that made you violent, and they were not that hard to get at all, in this advanced world it was easy to figure out how to do something like that, it could make them more irritable, but they would still remain quite conscious, it was only a slight stimulation really, but that was more than enough.
One member of each race was pierced by my syringes, the anesthesia like substance also found in the syringes made them both unaware of this.
The next morning a bonfire was lit with food being cooked in it, I was the one that prepared it. Unfortunately I had to take care of the squads and their training, maybe this was not necessary, but if I showed an excellent performance I would be moving up the ladder even more. Anyway, after leaving everything prepared I hid nearby saying I would go complete something, no one questioned me, being the sergeant in charge that I am.
A member of the oppressing race, Darp, was sitting somewhat away from the campfire, and he had a member of the other race next to him, Erquer, who was eating a piece of meat, these two were the ones I declared in my mind "The Chosen Ones of the Needle".
Darp raised his voice as he looked at Erquer.
Darp: "Hey you, the skinny Gilgar!"
He said naming Erquer's race as an insult.
Erquer looked up at him with hatred in his eyes.
Darp: "Bring me one of those pieces of meat.... In fact, give me yours too! Not that you'll ever need it! Statistics show that we're doing it all ourselves!"
Erquer: "Huh?! I'm not giving you shit, you worthless Frultar! You're just brainless muscle!"
Darp: "What did you say?! You dare raise your voice at me with that attitude? I'm a thousand times better than you and your whole stupid race!"
Clearly it wasn't just Darp and Erquer who were getting angry, silently they were all muttering or thinking barbarities as the two of them acted them out, plus, all of this was even more exaggerated because they thought that I wasn't present.
After a few more seconds of discussion a punch flew, it was Erquer's — The anger of having been mistreated by them for the whole month and a resilient old hatred at the thought that they would go back to being like they were on their native planet made him snap.
Without hesitation Darp struck back with devastating force, then, without letting Erquer fly away from the blow, he grabbed him and began to smash him to the ground, Erquer struggled desperately using his nails and teeth, but before he could do anything a fist was slammed into his head smashing him to the ground.
Brain matter spread across the distilled floor and over the body of the assassin, Darp.
All this happened in a few seconds, making it so that no one could react, instantly screams were heard along with insults, if no one did anything about it, they would kill each other while others ran in panic.
However, I did not want that to happen, they had to be alive for them to spread hatred to their entire race.
Before it could go any further I appeared flying above them.
Baël: "Really?! I'm gone for a few minutes and you guys are killing each other?!"
Just as quickly as it all started the chaos stopped, they looked at me in surprise for a few seconds, I wasn't very intimidating per se, being just a teenager, but in this month I have shown my strength and made everyone around me respect and fear me.
They quickly explained themselves saying each one what the other started.
Baël: "Ugh.... I can't believe it... Darp, I could see how you killed Erquer, you're even still full of his brain matter and blood!"
I said towards Darp who was still next to Erquer's corpse, Darp paled instantly.
Darp: "N-No! H-he started it! He wouldn't listen to me!"
That "justification" infuriated the Gilgars, they immediately started saying things like "You're not our boss!", "You're not even out superior!", "You scum!", "We only take orders from our corporal, race and Sergeant Baël! Not pieces of shit!", and lots of other insults.
I then raised my voice making everyone stop.
Baël:"... As a sergeant, I am allowed to judge the situation without the need for a war trial, no one under my command is allowed to kill a comrade, the sentence for you is death!"
I said coldly while looking at Darp with disdain.
Darp: "N-No! P-Please! Don't kill me! DON'T DO IT! SERGEANT BAËL! I WILL DO ANY-"
As his voice broke and tears fell down from his eyes I ignored his pleas and threw a ball of red Ki, it landed in front of him, exploding.... After the smoke was gone it was seen how a perfect hemisphere appeared on the ground, there were no traces of blood, all traces of Darp had disappeared along with Erquer's corpse, this was intentional, so any study would not find traces of any drug.
Baël: "Take this as a warning, Erquer's body is eliminated for breaking the rules, I don't want to see any of you fighting again.... Do you understand me?! Or do you want the punishment beforehand you filthy vermin who call yourselves soldiers?!"
They all responded by shouting yes as they knelt to the ground, many of them were trembling.... I can't tell you how good this felt.
After this, I sent them off to do their missions, each of them had even more rage than before towards the other race, right now even without the drug they would do the same as Darp and Erquer did and even more, however fear of me prevented them from doing so.
A few days later, the mission was successfully completed, we all returned to the headquarters where I lived.
I handed in the report of the completed mission stating the infractions of the two members and how they had broken the rules by trying to kill each other, I listed it as treason to the army, with this and the mission still having been accomplished it will raise my importance in the army.
After arriving, each soldier went to their homes, these endlessly spread the stories of what happened, making each person retell it, those stories went viral between the two races and hatred filled them, each race began to tell how disgusting the other was to allied races spreading the hatred to even more places, the allies of each race began to look down on the others for "Supporting such monsters".
I, having a great friendship with the Gilgar race, was viewed very well by many and their allies — I was getting as close as to them as I could so that they would join my side.
The Frultar and their allies did not see me badly, as I manipulated the Frultar into believing they were better, they saw me as a friend.
I met with the most important members of the Gilgar race and their allies to tell them "important information".
Baël: "Currently in the army we are close to an internal war, the army is divided, each one has his own side.... But... If one thing is certain, it is that many are planning to attack other factions, and that includes Frultar and his allies, more incidents like the one in the mission here are going to happen, and that is something we cannot allow.... Join my side when the war happens! Let us all survive together! Let us finally be free!"
Every word of mine struck the hearts of the leaders of those races, the skill [Acting] had a great effect, despite this they still had questions.
Leader Gilgar: "Even so.... Frieza's elite members are too powerful! They would kill us all in seconds!"
Baël smiled slightly at that.
Baël: "Don't worry about that.... Many of them are on my side, Frieza's right-hand man himself, Dodoria is on our side, and that includes all the members under his command.... Do you understand what that means? Every person under his command has more people! And every one of those people has platoons at his service! Even if we don't win the war we can live in freedom without other people oppressing us! And wiping out the Frultar and all their allies will be a piece of cake!"
This seemed to convince the leaders instantly.
Baël: "Join me! And we will rule among all of us! We will advance unceasingly freely! There will be no more of those demons! Think what they will do in the war! They will kill your children and rape your wives in front of your eyes! They are heartless beasts! They will ravage everything that's important to you all! Don't you want to avoid that?! Give them back the pain they will cause you!"
They all shouted instantly, they showed how they were still battle hardened soldiers and shouted with all their vigor, they looked like an army ready for battle.
I smiled in my mind, everything was going according to what I wanted... There were just a few more small adjustments to be made...
