Tens of lava beasts were rushing at me, my body glowed slightly as I flew towards the weakest beast, I hit it causing the lava that formed its body to disperse around the area.
I used this chance to keep on flying through the weaker beasts, making my way through the mob.
I used [Physical Buff] just to have that extra layer of defense, that and because I didn't stay in contact with those things for too long. The lava didn't deal me much damage, even a human being can touch molten iron with their bare hand — due to the huge difference in temperature, if you touch them for a short period of time nothing will happen.... Don't try at home though.
I continued to make my way through the less powerful beasts until I found myself surrounded by four of them with over 2,000 power level. I immediately flew up into the blackened sky to escape, but after a few seconds I felt something grabbing my leg, a hand made out of lava was grabbing me, apparently those beasts could alter the shape of their body as well as lengthen their limbs, however, I could tell that this arm had much less strength, if they expanded or lengthened their body it would become weaker.
I got rid of the hand in a short time, however that brief lapse of time was enough for them to reach me — More hands reached me and threw me towards the ground, a single one was not a big deal, but when there were so many it became a much bigger problem.
I was thrown out towards the ground, so I increased the Ki used in [Physical Buff] in order to resist the impact. When I finally reached the ground I made a big crater full of spider web-like cracks, blood appeared on several parts of my body.
I got up quickly thanks to my ability to not feel pain, I looked at all the beasts surrounding me — With no way of escaping, the only choice is to fight.
As if nothing had changed I kept on doing the same thing I did at the beginning, I made my way through the weaker beasts, but this time not to get away. I was following a strange pattern and lightly touching the ground every so often, this was until they blocked me again.
Three beasts of over 2,000 battle power and a dozen of about 1,500 were surrounding me, I was sure that at the very next moment they would extend their arms to hit me, and it was impossible for me to see all the hits and dodge them, my [Ki Detection] can help me, but in this situation it was not enough.
An aura appeared around me, it was the Ki coming out of my body, however, this was not like the one coming out of the bodies of any Dragon Ball character, this one behaved in a calmer way, it came out of my body and stopped being visible.
My invisible Ki expanded in a radius of 20 meters around me.

I quickly raised [Ki Domain] to level 10 using experience, the radius of my territory quickly increased to 500 meters and instantly a large amount of information came into my mind, the movement of the wind, the ash falling to the ground, the beasts moving, I could sense everything with great accuracy even better than what I could with my [Ki Detection].
The beasts around me then went in for their attack, I added more Ki to [Physical Enhancement] to further increase my speed and kept flying as if I didn't know I was about to be hit, when I got close enough, I dodged their attacks with ease.
A thought came to my mind, if I could do all this with techniques created by myself, then how would Ultra Instinct be...? The longing for the moment when I would get it appeared, but I instantly put that thought aside and increased [Gamer's Mind] as I saw that I had started to ignore that technique.
I followed my path and touched the ground lightly again, I flew for a while until I stopped abruptly, a [Ki Bomb (Remote)] was in my right hand, I looked towards the sky and threw it — The beasts looked at the Ki ball and extended their arms to catch it, however the ball was faster. When it reached the huge layer of ash in the sky it exploded violently, the ash that was in the atmosphere quickly traveled to the ground, some lights appeared under it, in the spots that I tapped with my feet previously. These exploded, eliminating lots of beasts and forming a great dust cloud, the ash from the sky and the ground's dust along with the small amount of light and other properties of this planet created a zone in which any sense was restricted.
While all this was going on I altered my Ki, making it difficult for even a tracker to find me. Instead of continuing to fly I began to sprint as fast as I could towards a mountain, far away from the volcanoes, as I did not want any problems to happen and no lava monsters to appear as there was no lava nearby, which made it a great place — This mountain was the one I used to store my spaceship.
Upon reaching the mountain, a large cave appeared in my sight and without I entered without hesitation to lay down and rest and restore all the HP, SP and Ki I had consumed until then.
I thought about what I had done, I confirmed that those beasts were not following me by their sight or hearing, but instead they tracked me by my Ki, that's why when I threw the bomb they detected it and chased it, according to what I saw, they still had a sense of sight, but it didn't seem very developed. Anyway I did everything I could to escape without further difficulty, with ash and dust for vision, the Ki bombs for confusing their Ki detection and the sound of explosions, which made them unable to hear anything (if they even could in the first place), besides, I took out many of them with the bombs.
I looked back at the spaceship, I could leave right now, claim the mission and return home.... My saiyan blood boiled like it had never done before....
If I left this planet I would lose the opportunity to increase my power on this planet, there are no planets with these characteristics near where I am, I wouldn't have time to go there anyways because it would take months....
I'll think about it more, but for now I'm going to stay, it's highly unlikely that the ship will be destroyed, I'm certain that it could perfectly resist this mountain collapsing on top of it.
With this in mind, I decided to stay for a while on this planet, I will kill those beasts little by little and leave if I see that I find more problems, after all it's useless to have power if I'm dead, yet in this world you can lose everything if you have no power.
After living in this world for so many years, I could see that in every second that passed by there were entire planets full of life being destroyed or sold, intelligent races and civilizations being massacred and even treated as slaves, it was even very common to enslave entire races just to sell slaves both for forced labor and sexual reasons, if something was clear to me was that I would not end like that, I will gain the power so that no one will be able to control me, all this and countless other things were what determined me to gain more power.

Another month passed quickly, in this month I dedicated myself to kill and study these beasts.
I ran through many parts of the planet with my suppressed Ki killing them, I did not focus only on the area near where I rested and kept my ship, as it would be very obvious that I was around that area.
After so long I discovered that these things do not communicate by sounds, apparently they have some kind of hive mind, I realized this after I attacked a beast away from the others — Due to a mistake of mine it managed to see me before I killed it, it didn't manage to make any sound, but as soon as I felt how many of them started to come I flew away into safety.
I also discovered the limits of their regeneration, they could regenerate any part of their body including their head, but the more they regenerate, the weaker their body becomes, align with a reduced size.
After thinking about my findings I decided to focus on what I wanted to do.
I found myself in a mountain, observing a group of igneous elemental bodies, they were surrounding a crack in the ground full of magma.
What was I doing? Very simple, finishing my mission once and for all.
The beasts around the crack were more powerful than the others, they had about 2,700 power level, some of them were the ones that didn't try to go after me and just wandered around.
They were protecting something inside that big crack, and I knew very well what it was.

I looked at my stats one last time just to be completely sure, my stats increased a lot, thanks to the Zenkai I received from all the fights against the beasts, specifically the first one, even further increased due to my training under this planet's gravity.
I activated [Ki Bomb (Remote)] and a huge explosion could be heard, in fact, the shockwave slightly reached where I was — What I detonated was an accumulation of bombs, together they had unleashed a power that reached up to 3,700 units.
The beasts protecting the entrance to the rift were alerted and quickly went to the area of the explosion.
They didn't leave anyone behind to protect the crack because they detected the Ki of the bombs and thought it was a person, as it was so strong and so close they all went to do their job and protect the crack, little did they know they were doing the exact opposite
I smiled mockingly and hid my Ki as much as I could, then I ran towards the big crack.
The great distance was closed in a few seconds thanks to my speed, when I was in front of the crack I could feel a living being that was under the lava, it had a power level of about 3,200 and was more than 20 kilometers deep.
I put most of the Ki I had in [Physical Buff] and my body began to shine furiously, my muscles and veins bulged, it looked like the first time I concentrated [Physical Buff] on my right arm.
Thanks to my enviable [Ki Control] I could still hide, though I was sure that if the beasts were a few kilometers away they would sense me.
With the defense that [Physical Buff] granted me alongside the great heat resistance and 50% fire damage reduction that [Fire Resistance] gave me, I jumped into the rift.
I couldn't feel pain, but I could feel the monstrous heat of the magma burning my body.

I could see and feel my health rapidly dropping, thanks to my defense I was barely taking normal damage, if you added everything up I was barely taking 40% of the total damage, but my HP was dropping at frightening speeds anyway.
I kept on falling downhill at the maximum speed I could, I could cover these 20 kilometers in less than 20 seconds, but my health was dropping at an alarming rate.
I reached the halfway point, I could see and feel my body burning non-stop, my life was reaching the halfway point too.
I used even more Ki in [Physical Buff] thus using 75% of all my Ki, my speed increased sharply and the damage done by the magma was slightly reduced.
I had just reached 15 kilometers, but my HP had dropped to less than a quarter.

After that warning I threw all my Ki into [Physical Buff] without worrying about how much Ki I'd have left.

I reached 20 kilometers, my HP was at 2,000 points, I was still going down with my high speed following the Ki of whatever was down there, I had found out before this that there was some kind of cave there, but my health was still going down.
A few moments after that thought, I felt I was going through a curtain of magma, the sensation of my skin being burned disappeared.
I lifted my head and could see that I was in a cave, it didn't seem like it was made of regular stone, as this was much harder, and if this was made of stone it would have melted into magma long ago.

I looked at my pitiful amount of health left seeing how I had narrowly saved myself, my eyes locked on another number of my status.

Since I've arrived here unfortunate things have always happened to me, shortly after I was born I was supposed to be sent to a low class planet, however I was sent to a planet with beings above that level of strength due to a mistake in the analysis they classified that planet at a lower level than it really was, on this planet all these creatures appear, whatever machinery I build usually malfunctions... Whenever something has to do with probability it always goes wrong... At least it sure seems like it.....
Has this luck of mine really helped me? The time I survived against Broga and this time it's thanks to luck? Or is it thanks to my abilities?.... I would say the answer is both.... However, I have too high luck it hardly ever means anything, in comparison most people's luck is around 10 or 20 or around 50 if you have good luck....
I stopped thinking about it and tried to get up, I failed multiple times falling to the ground painfully, I spent minutes just trying to get up until I gave up and decided to rest until I will recover some Hp and Ki.
It took two hours until I recovered slightly, due to the high amount of alternate status that reduced my Hp Regen.
I got up from the ground this time successfully and started walking along the only path there was in the cave, I had decided not to rest anymore because if I stayed it would be much easier for whatever is in this cave to sense my Ki, and if that happens probably hundreds or thousands of those beasts will come, and if they corner me I won't be able to do anything.
My Ki was hidden to the maximum I could hide it, and I was walking as stealthily as I could at the moment, as it is very difficult with all the wounds yet to heal.
In all the time I had spent here I had been feeling the Ki of the beast in this cave, I could feel that this thing had no human appearance, and it had not even moved a millimeter from the place where it originally was.
Soon I reached the end of the path of this cave, in front of me there was some kind of big room, I slightly peeked out, and I could see the creature that inhabited this cave.
This creature had a circular shape and was attached to the ceiling in a way similar to what plant roots would do, this beast had a thin layer reminiscent of skin, however this was almost transparent, inside this creature there was a glow similar to that which came out of the lava of igneous elemental bodies, on the body of the creature and on the tentacles that held it to the ceiling along with part of the wall there were dozens of eyes that showed intelligence and dozens of mouths.
This beast reminded me slightly of many horror stories such lovecraftian tales.
Without any further delay, I moved forward towards this creature, its dozens and even hundreds of eyes moved towards where I was and the mouths of the beast opened, a mixture of several voices sounded.
Beast: "Who dares to enter my domain?"
Baël: "My name is Baël, now tell me, do you have something to offer, so I won't kill you?"
Beast: "Kill me? You?! Hahahahahaha! Listen little one! I am a great and ancient deity! I have lived for hundreds of thousands millennia! I have been the reason why entire civilizations vanished into nothingness along with their entire planetary systems! The question here is... Do you wish to die or submit to me?"
A smile appeared on my face and a scarlet glow came from my hand.
Baël: "You don't seem to understand your position..."
A Ki sword came out of my hand and I cut the tentacles that linked the beast to the ceiling and wall, causing the main body to fall to the ground.
Baël: "I gave you a chance, and you didn't take advantage of it, you released all that foolish nonsense which I can easily tell is a lie, you just told me a that to gain time for your minions to come. Did you really think I can't sense how thousands of them are approaching?"
I could see how the beast went into an apparent shock, it was normal, it could barely feel my Ki and that's why it thought I was weak.
An explosion roared near me, I turned my head to see how the igneous elemental bodies that guarded the rift had arrived, they rushed towards me.
I smiled towards them and slashed with my [Scarlet Demise] towards the cave beast, its eyes still showed signs of surprise as it split in half releasing the lava inside.
The beasts approaching me suddenly fell down, the lava forming their bodies ceased to take shape.
I fell to the ground to rest as I saw that the system mission was marked as complete.
As for the story of the beast in the cave? It was just a lie, that beast was just a space monster, they are monsters that dwell through space and can become quite powerful, however this one was quite a weak one, that whole story was just to scare me and make itself seem many times stronger than it really was, coupled with its intimidating appearance it actually may work out with somebody else, but he made a mistake using that against someone like me, aside from easily seeing through his lie, I can tell what his real power level is.

I analyzed the skills and traits for a moment.
First, I quickly dismissed the Flame Lightning, I had seen the beasts use it several times, and it wasn't that strong, plus I wasn't lacking in combat skills.
As for Elemental Body, I was tempted for a few seconds, but then I immediately discarded it, with that body I would be weak to cold and water, I would probably lose many of my senses such as touch, taste, smell and my sight and hearing would become much weaker, I would not be able to return to Freezer's base, I didn't know to what extent I could increase my strength, since I could not train and besides I was not sure if I could reproduce with that body.
And finally, Parallel Wills, this was the only one I could choose by discarding, after thinking about it for a while I saw that it had hardly any flaws, since the other personality could not rebel against me, and it would surely be very useful — I was sure that this trait came from the hive mind trait.
After thinking about it, I chose [Parallel Wills].
