Dear diary,
I know I haven't written in a while, not that I don't want to, I just didn't have anything to write about. I was basically just sitting at home. All I did was wake up, do chores ,eat ,watch television and read novels but I'm going to make you a promise, I am going to make sure when something happens I will immediately write. You have my word.
Hey, have you ever thought about death. oh no,no! I don't want to commit suicide neither did someone die. I just you know realized one day I won't be here again, my family won't always be here. How will survive without them? Why must people die? I know ,global overpopulation and also means no end to terrorism , but must good people die ? I mean when they reach a particular age they could like be moved to another planet ,at least they would still be alive. Does this even make sense?
You see, most children grow up believing their mum is like a party pooper or so. I did to ,but when I got to know my mum better I never want her to leave me . I know she can be a bit you know , I think you get it. But because she is a mum and that's what mum's do.
Enough with all this talks, let me tell you a bit about the Nigerian untold facts. I will go ahead and number it.
1. When a visitor gives you money once he or she goes your parents collect the money once they are aware . So be smart
2. When you lend your parents especially your mum money just forget it ,if not she ends up telling you about how she carried you in the womb. isn't it just amazing
3. Cooking by your self takes a less time but cooking with your parents takes over an hour with countless of slaps and shouting. Be patient! the meal always turns out nice.
4. Never leave a plate unattended to in the kitchen because to Nigerian mothers it's like leaving more than a thousand plates . Beware!
5. Even when you are not at fault don't talk because it's rude to defend yourself apparently.
Hey, I am 16 years old but it has helped me thus far. I know it seems silly but I'm proud to announce that I have gone through all, lol.
Anyways, life as a graduate is quite simple especially for those waiting for college admission. Most of us get to sit at home ,some get jobs ,for me I sit at home . Don't get me wrong I love my own company but staying indoors all day can be you know weird , no sunshine, nothing ! But still it's fun . I'm still bothered ,why haven't they chosen a date for my last paper? I need to do that before I write JAMB( the exam to let one get accepted into college) I don't want my exams clashing ,you know what I mean right? At the moment I'm still trying to decide what I want to be but I will let you know when I decide.
I got to go to bed. It's late. PEACE
