After the ecstatic news, Doris couldn't help but feel glad that she was the chosen one. Even if she felt nothing for the Prince yet but she was glad that he cared about her family. Do the Prince love her? Was it love at first sight? Doris never believe in those First sight Love story but what was really happening made think the love is true. But do those love story end well? She thought.
The cloud's color began changing and it seems it's time for them to go to the Castle. Her mother brought the most beautiful Attire the Prince bought for her. The attire was purple and it had silver stripes which made the cloth looked endearing. The Elegant Purple and Silver indeed made a beautiful combination.
(Doris POV)
My mum instructed me to wear the gown, which I did. They style of the was really breathtaking. I've never seen this style on anyone before. The gown had tiny hands which exposes more of my Fair skin. My mom styled my hair and she added enough make up. I couldn't even recognize myself when I looked into the mirror. My mouth formed a small 'o'. My lips were painted purple which matched with my clothes and of course my eye balls.
"You look amazing dear" Leticia Commended
"Thanks Mom" I replied
"The prince won't be able to get his eyes of you" She teased as a glint to excitement flashed through her amber wide set of eyes.
"For sure Mom" She said with confident. She would do anything to make the Prince fall her deeply in other to let her Mom live a happy life. She went the Prince chose her, she had never seen her mom that happy before in her life. I guess the Prince was truly the one sent to bring happiness into their life.
"I will leave you now. Go to the sitting room and wait for me. I need to dress up too" Leticia said as she pecked her daughter's cheek and went to her room.
I walked to the sitting room majestically. I was on heels and any little mistake, I would be on the floor because I'm not used in putting on heels.
Not quite long I came into the sitting room, a knock was heard and I went to open the door.
"Good day, Your Highness" Two man bowed before me.
"Your Highness?" I repeated in confusion.
"Yes ma'am. You will soon be crowned the Princess" Lucas smiled widely upon seeing the beautiful standing before him.
Only then I remembered that I was going to meet the Prince.
"Oh" I uttered.
"You look beautiful" Lucas commended shyly
"Thanks" I blushed too.
Lucas is a very handsome man. He had green eyes which was the same as a leaf. He had a taper fade haircut which looked magnificent on him with his Roman nose and thick little lips. He looked alluring. His smile made my heart ache with those beauty set of white teeth. Vampires are made with beauty.
"The Prince won't be able to get his eyes of you" Lucas said as he smiled at her again.
"Shut it!! My name is Gideon Your Highness" Gideon scolded Lucas and he bowed after introducing himself.
"My name is Lucas." Lucas said too as he frowned towards Gideon.
"That's nice. Nice meeting you both. I'm Doris" I said giving them a pleasant gaze.
"Thanks ma'am" The both bowed.
"What's with that look! Huh? Lucas?" Gideon could help but feel irritated at Lucas looks towards him.
"You wouldn't dare give a damn chance but to humiliate me whenever we are with beauties" Lucas pouted his mouth. He looked handsome as ever.
"Just shut it and behave yourself. His Highness mustn't catch you with this silly character of yours" Gideon reprimanded.
"....." Lucas frowned.
Doris watch them excitingly as they argued. I couldn't help but laugh loud.
The men jaw dropped.
"You both look good when fighting"
I said when I noticed they both look at me with confusion.
"Thank you ma'am. You are the first to tell us that. Our presence isn't noticed by anyone except we are needed" Gideon said sadly but the smiled again.
"You are the first to tell us good words" He smiled.
I could help but feel sad due to his confession. They both worth people attention especially Lucas, coz his beauty were beyond explanation. They are being treated bad!
"Don't worry guys! I promise to make you both feel special after I become the Princess. I will make you both feel loved. I promise!" I crossed her heart and they all smiled.
"Can we hug you?" Lucas said in a teary voice. He felt like crying.
"Sorry ma'am for his behavior" Gideon pleaded on behalf of Lucas.
"It's okay. I would love to hug you both" I said as I hugged the both of them. Tears rolled down their eyes.
"Thank you Your Highness" They said and they bowed again. Leticia who has been secretly watching the scene came out and hugged her daughter.
"You will truly make a good princess" Leticia praised her daughter and she also went ahead and hugged the guards. She smiled widely as they left for the castle.

"Good evening Your Highness" Leon bowed.
"His Highness would be here soon" Leon concluded and left.
After some minutes passed by, Prince Kai descended down the stairs. His foot steps made made my heart ache. I haven't seen him after the ball and now she was sitting comfortably him his large sitting room. My mom stood up and bowed down to him as he walked toward us.
I immediately stood up and copied her. Kai halted and he heaved a sigh.
"It's okay ma'am. We are families now. There's no need to bow down to me" He said as he arched his eyebrow slightly.
(POV Cancelled)
Kai's gaze went towards Doris' who was staring at him continuously. "The fear of him draining three girls blood must have subsided by now. Why was she staring at him like that?" He thought. Her gaze towards her wasn't filled with fear but something else.
"Is she in love with my beauty?" he chuckled at his own thought as he bit his lower lip.
"Aren't you staring at me a bit much Milady?" He said with a husky voice. Doris quickly snapped out of it. "Oh yes, it's true. she has been staring at him. You are crazy Doris!! What must he be thinking, that she has fallen him?" Doris pinched herself.
"I'm sorry Y....Kai" She said as she forced a smile.
"Let's eat...." He said as he led both of them to the dinning room.
The Prince started eating and Leticia and her daughter joined after the Prince. They was a perfect decorum as they were eating.
"Do your daughter have other names apart from "Doris"?" The Prince asked breaking the silence.
"No"Leticia briefly answered.
"May I give her?"
"It's your choice your Highness" Leticia smiled.
Doris concentrated on her food. The meal was richly prepared and it's the best food she has tasted throughout her life.
" What's your hubby Milady?" Kai asked. Doris didn't reply because she never knew that the Prince was talking to her. Her mind were filled up with thoughts.
Leticia pinched her daughter.
"The Prince is talking to you?" Leticia frowned
" Oh me? " She turned towards the Prince.
"I'm sorry. I wasn't listening" She apologized
"It's okay. I was asking about your hubby" He repeated. He couldn't help but admire her beauty. She is tall young girl with golden brown hair. Her eyes is the cutest eyes he has ever seen. Those protruding eyes with purple eye ball. She had long curly eyelashes with a curved shaped eyebrow. Her dainty droopy nose looked magnificent on her diamonded shaped face. Her purple heart-shaped lips looks hot. Kai wondered how she would taste once her kissed her.
"I love dancing" She replied. Her eyes blinked continuously as her eyes met in contact with his ocean blue eyes. This was her weakness! Those eyes looked like they were pulling her towards him and it looked seductive.
" That's nice. What's your Favorite color?" He asked to keep the conversation going.
"Purple" She briefly said. She thought Lucas beauty was endearing but not to be compared to Kai's beauty. His midnight black hair was combed to the back as it swept down his shoulders. His monolid eyes looked alluring with his ocean blue eyeballs. He had an upside down V shaped eyebrow with a long sweeping eyelashes. His elegant straight pointed nose with a perfectly proportioned lips made his whole oval shaped face looked breathtaking. Handsome is underestimate word to be used. No word could describe his beauty.
"I thought as much* He said
"Can I have a chat with her alone outside the house?" He asked permission from Leticia.
"No problem My Prince" She said urging him.
Kai stretched hand towards Doris.
"May we go outside for a little while?" He asked
Doris placed her palms on his hand and they both left.
"is there anything you want to know about me?Huh? Doris?" The way he pronounced name sent shiver down her spine. Her name never sounded good and romantic but hearing her name from this man's mouth, she couldn't help but blush.
"Ahem" She coughed
" I would love to know about your family background" She said boldly.
"I'm the Last son of my family and I have two elder brothers. Prince Lincoln and Prince Mattias. I also have two sisters which are Princess Amber and Stella." Kai said. He looked a little disgusted mentioning their names.
"Are u all from the same mother?" Doris asked nonchalantly.
"No. We are from different moms but the same father. Queen patricia is the mother of Lincoln and Stella while Queen Zodah is the mother of Mattias and Amber." He explained. Doris thought of other questions that she could ask but none came through.
"Are they all Vampires?" She spatted out
"Yes." He said.
"What's ur Mom's ur name?" She asked.
"Queen Melissa" He said briefly.
Doris' scent filled his nose. "What d fuck!!!!!!" He cursed. Her scent flew with the breeze and it went directly towards him.
"Are you okay?" Doris grabbed his arms.
"I'm fine" He sneezed out.
Her scent was something vampires can't resist. Was he the only one scenting her blood?
"I guess your families are Vampires" He said after a while
" Yeah, but am different" She finalized
"What are you? " He asked anxiously cause a Vampire doesn't have this powerful scent.
"I don't knows perhaps a human. I'm Normal" she said. Doris noticed a change in eyes.
"You aren't calling off this marriage are you?" Doris forced those words out of her mouth.
" What makes you think I would Mi lady" He asked in a teasing tone.
"Because I'ma fragile human" She frowned with the sentence she uttered.
"No. I will marry regardless who you are" He smiled
"I want the preparation to start soon" He said.
