I sat on my large bed looking nervous when I heard a knock on the door.
"Come in" I shouted and immediately three maids walked in.
"Your Highness" They bowed. I saw them with a box and knew they were sent here to dress me up.
"Rise. Were you sent to me by the Prince?" I asked to confirm.
"Yes Your Highness" The said.
I stood up and I went into the bathroom to remove my clothes and I tied a towel around my chest. I walked out and I sat in front of the hug mirror placed Inside my room.
The maids quickly started to untie my hair. They applied make-up on me.
My golden brown hair was styled and I when stared into the mirror, I barely recognize myself. I only knew myself with my purple eyeball. I looked like an angle. "Perhaps, I was really beautiful after all." I praised myself for the first time.
"You look stunning ma'am" A maid looked amazed by her work.
"Now, we will help you with your dress Milady" A old maid smiled as she spoke.
Immediately I was in my Royal robe and I was damn heavy. The robe looked really beauty on me. They put jewelries on me and I wore my heels.
We made our way to the castle. We were a bit late and my mom was the first to welcome.
"I have been waiting for you" She said as tears rolled down her eyes. I knew it was tears of joy. I was really going to miss my mum. After the wedding my husband and I would leave this kingdom and go to "Delvin". I wouldn't see her after a while. This thought made my heart ache. I just can't leave my mum here, she had to come with us but she insisted that she would stay. Tears rolled down my eyes. I hugged her tight.
"Sshhh, Don't cry. Don't ruin your makeup" Leticia smiled sadly. She was really going to miss our daughter.
"This is painful. I feel like crying for the princess" Lucas blurted out
"Shut it. They are going to miss each other" Gideon reasoned.
"I would have also cried but I'm going with her anyway" Lucas grinned.
"You are annoying. who doesn't know that we are going with her?" Gideon smirked
"Get the fuck!!" Lucas hissed.
My mum and I walked into the castle and the wedding was already taking place. They were all waiting for her arrival.
The Duke and Duchess were the one sitting ok the throne. The king was supposed to be here but the Duke represented him.
I walked and sat beside my husband who has been attracted by my looks.
"Why are you so beautiful?" He whispered.
I smiled shyly as he ignored those charming eyes of his.
"You look alluring" He complemented.
"Thank you" I said. I felt a little closed to him. He was comfortable to be with and he was nice and caring too. I guess I could trust him since my mom wouldn't be around me anymore.
After some hours, the wedding ritual took place and it was over in no time. I was crowned the Princess of Delvin and all the guest present in the hall bowed down to me saying "Long live our Princess". Songs were played and Kai took my hands to the center of the hall.
"Let's dance" He said
I nodded. He grabbed my waist and pulled me near him. i placed my hand on his chest and he held my other other. We danced. I danced trying to ignore his eyes. He was staring at me so intensely and I felt uncomfortable.
"Look into my eyes Doris" He said with a pleading voice. Kai didn't know why he felt so addicted to her even if he tried to be harsh on her. The first time his eyes met with hers in the ball, he knew something was special about her. She didn't even dance when others did. He decided to scold her for not dancing when he gave an order, but when he approached , he felt a welcoming familiar scent. She looked like his mother and her scent was as strong as hers. That's when his heart opened up towards her. He felt comfortable around her even if he didn't show it. This girl was his angle sent from above.
I looked into his deep ocean blue eyes. Those eyes looked like they were in need and they wanted something. My heart melted and I could feeling my heart wanting to leave in other not explode.
I quickly closed my eyes.
"Why? Can't you stare into it more longer?" He asked
"I feel something. I can't look into them" I confessed.
Kai rolled me continuously and I did an act of bow as the song ended. I could clap thundered in my ears. They all looked pleased with the way I danced and I smiled. I bowed and the dancing all. I ran outside. I needed to free my mind away from my body.
"Are you okay?" I heard Kai's voice. was he stalking me? what has he done to me?
"I'm fine " I lied. He appeared in from of me and held me around my waist.
"You need to fine because we are going to Delvin tonight" He reminded me.
"...." I coughed out.
Kai cupped my cheeks with his hands and in the next second I felt his lips on mine.
what the fuck??!!! What was that!!? How dare he!? But the Lips were soft, how I wish he could do that again! I day dreamed.
"No way" I slapped myself. Why am I slapping myself? I should be slapping him for kissing me without my permission! My mind was in dilemma.
"You won't cough again" He said even if he was surprised I slapped myself.
"Don't you dare try that again! Don't kiss me without my permission" I glared angrily at him.
A laugh echoed suddenly
"That was a peck and not a kiss. if I had kiss you, you wouldn't be standing her with those clothes on. if I had kiss you , you would be naked before me and you two breasts will press against my bare chest devouring every corner of your mouth" Kai grinned devishly. I turned pale after those words echoed in my ear. How could he?
"Oh my!! This man must be bad in bed" My inner mind said.
Kai laughed again.
"Don't be scared. I won't do against your body wish, but if your body wants mine.....I can't promise what will happen. I bet if you would be able to walk" Kai said and he turned around and left. His long midnight blank hair danced nonchalantly as the breeze blew them.
