"Let go of me!" He wriggled from the clasp of the witch, who suddenly dragged him out of the crowd and brought him to a darker part of the woods. He secretly spread his hands and was about to conjure a ball of fire when he heard a familiar voice.
"Can you stop twitching for pete's sake, Alvaro!"
He froze in his spot when he heard Gala's voice.
"Gala!" He exclaimed, stunned. "It is really you! Thanks to Dylareia, you're safe." A gush of raw emotions rushed into him, and he suddenly pulled her into a tight embrace.
Gala, who was taken aback by his sudden action, stiffened beneath his strong arms. The hug lasted for thirty seconds when Alvaro, finally realizing his mistake, let go of Gala.
He swallowed and turned away from her mocking gaze and impish smile.
"Yiee.. who would have thought that the mighty Alvaro was capable of missing someone?" She brashly teased him.
