Chapter 131 - Honestly

Juval's eyes fluttered open, he felt like he got hit with a double whammy, as if a double dose of a horse and carriage had run over him. Even though he was resting in a bed his joints still ached from the exhaustion and fighting of the previous night.

Just how long had he been out cold? His side hurt from the stab wound and his head still pounded. He was grateful to be alive, had the rebel had a better aim he could have pierced a vital organ and then Juval would have been dead.

"Finally, son you have awoken, you had us all worried, " King Nebozz said before he called out to the servants hovering nearby for a draft of medicine to help alleviate the pain for his son.

Leon helped Juval to sit up in bed and then held the cup so Juval could drink slowly. Currently Juval response and motor functions were slow and he felt as helpless as a newborn babe. To top it off the doctor's concoction of a medicine tasted bitter but it was guaranteed to work.
