I received another telegram from the Thaguri. They had a secret meeting tonight.
Unlike other nights, I felt obliged to attend because I was in need of help.
My enemies were too many in my short period to attack.

They were already seated when I arrived. They were all shocked when they saw me come in.
I walked around, gloating in their shock.
"Really nice party going on" I said sarcastically.
"Vissian, vot ze fuck are ze zoing zere?" Aleksandr Ivan yelped in shock.
"My name is Wiccian, you Russian punk".
"He didn't mean it. We're really surprised to see you here".
Our leader was behind a chair.
"Good ol' Jon, still presiding over the Thaguri, are you?".
"Yes, I am, Wiccian. Good to see you again".
"I see you guys have failed over and over to kill the boy".
"And I can see you came to lend a hand?".
"I've got my own problems, Jon".
"You know here, I'm Ketargi. Show some respect, Thari".
"Yeah, yeah!" I took a mock bow.
I went to my reserved seat and sat down.
"I see you kept my seat nice and clean".
"We knew you'd come back".
"Yeah, yeah" I added sarcastically.
"Speaking of our problems,", Ketargi continued, "I say we eliminate them now".
I posed authoritatively on my seat as they argued back and forth.
I then saw a way to advance my cause.
"Let's pave his way to us, in a way that'll lead him straight to our clutches".
"What do you mean?".
"Ketargi, let's give him a solution, instead of a problem".

SOMEWHERE IN MUNICH
QUEEN POV:
I was cooking in the kitchen when I heard cats squeaking loudly in the surroundings.
I ignored the belligerent cats in their usual behaviour. But something was different about this one.
Suddenly, my television came on, booming loud sounds of a news channel.
I went to the sitting room to turn off the television. A shocking sight greeted me.
"You hide pretty well for a witch, you know?".
I scowled as I replied her.
"Hela!".
I put my hand on my ruby necklace. Suddenly, a taser shot me from behind.
I fell to my feet and groaned.
"Oh that? Couldn't risk another Illinois, you know".
"You bitch!" I said as another taser clung to me.
I soon fell unconscious.

AVANA POV:
"What do you mean by that?".
"She was definitely here, but I can't find her".
I paced up and down as I received the call.
Her next sentence froze me.
"She was taken. By a full-blood!".

ACE POV:
At the cafeteria, we were busy discussing when Dre got a message.
"Are you Drekov Schweitzer?".
He nodded in agreement.
"You have a visitor".
He got up and left with the boy.
Xiao was acting up since. Now, he was just toying with lunch. Even Aurella couldn't bring him to the moment. I didn't want to ask him about yesterday, but with the attitude, I couldn't help it.
"Xiao, where did you go last night?".
He was startled at my question. He smiled mischievously and began to stammer.
"I..I...went to...to see...!".
I wasn't convinced at all. I was about to interrogate him more when I felt someone coming.
Soon, Dre came running to meet us in the cafeteria where the gang sat.
He looked flustered.
"Guys, I've got to go, now".
"Where?".
"Home! I really need to go!".
"What happened?".
Aunt Aggie came from behind him, looking more flustered.
"Aunt Aggie!".
She broke the ice in the most abrupt of manners.
"It's been.....!".
"Schweitzer XI is dead!".
