ACE POV:
A bright light shone through my eyelids.
I opened my eyes. I was suspended in the air.
The light kept shining.
I took my time to look at where I was.
It appeared like it was border less.
Suddenly, a shadow started to surface.
I was shocked as to where it came from.
It was like it flowed from a loophole.
Through the shadows, I had a vision.
I was in a high place.
I heard screams. I looked down.
People running and scattering in all directions, chased by dark forces.
The sound of the swords slashing through flesh started to grow loud.
Soon, the shadow came swiftly and collided into me.
I felt like I fell unconscious again, but this time, I didn't need to open my eyes.
It wasn't like the first place I found myself.
This one was dark. Fire raged everywhere like lava.
I was facing a great crowd of creatures.
They were demons!
They all bowed to me.
I looked behind me. It was a throne.
I was confused.
"No, no, I'm not the one you're looking for".
I yelled and yelled, but they seemed not to understand me.
"You're mistaken. I'm not your king".
They trembled as I yelled.
I was getting frustrated.
"Merlin, yes he can help me".
I looked around to see if he followed me.
I saw a mirror close to me. I walked closer towards the mirror.
I was surprised that I couldn't find my face.
As I walked closer, the mirror reflected something else.
A huge demon!!!
I was shocked.
I stretched out my hand. The image followed suit.
I came closer and looked again. This time, the image was closer than before; like it was me.
I touched my face slowly.
The reflection also did same.
I rubbed my face frantically.
I staggered backwards in shock.
I slowly moved to touch the mirror. The reflection also did same.
I touched the mirror but my hand went in.
It was like the mirror was liquid.
On the other side, the reflection also had it's hand on my side of the mirror.
I felt scared.
"No, it can't be me. No, no!!".
Suddenly, the reflection grabbed my hand and started to drag me to the other side.
I was shocked. I was resisting with all my might but I was no match for it.
I struggled even more but it was futile.
I screamed as I was successfully dragged to the other side.
On the other side, I was being carried to an unknown place.
Strangely, there was no entity lifting me up.
Soon, I accelerated to another place.
I fell on the ground as I was being released.
"Hello, son" boomed the voice.
I was shocked hearing this.
I looked up and saw a huge dark entity on the throne.
It's horns were very large and long.
Before it, I was like a grain of sand.
I stood up from the ground.
"I'm not your son, Sizz".
"Oh, you recognize me. Merlin must have done a thorough job on you".
"Why won't I recognize you, scheming bastard?".
"Scheming bastard? That's not a good way to talk to your father".
"How did you find me?".
"How did I find you, you say?".
His laughter rang across the room.
He looked down at me.
"Relevant questions only, my boy".
"Why are you here?".
"Hmm. Now we're talking, son".
I stared daggers at him.
He ignored me.
"Let's get you all cleaned up. You're so tiny that I can barely see you".
He sprinkled something on me.
Soon, I felt very uncomfortable in my skin.
I started scratching badly.
"Stop fighting it, son. If you continue, you may have no sinew to return to Earth with".
I was itching badly. Soon, I started to tear my skin off slowly.
Surprisingly, blood didn't flow.
I saw two opposite powers sharing my body parts in my body.
They seemed somewhat balanced.
"Let go, son. Let your true nature come out".
"I'm not one of you".
I was itching like hell.
It was like I was going to rip off my own skin.
"Really? You were stolen from me. This is who you were, before that pure-blood sent that thing into you".
"Is that why you're going to make me rip off my skin?".
"You are the one holding yourself back, not me".
I couldn't afford to lose it. If I transform now, I could be lost forever.
But, if I don't, I'll return as a dual-skinned freak, or even worse.
"Still thinking about Merlin's lies, boy?".
I was almost running berserk with pain, but I couldn't stop.
I made up my mind. I couldn't bear it anymore.
"Arrgh!!!".
I yelled loudly as I let go.
Soon, I grew taller and taller.
My skin became tougher and tougher.
Horns started to grow from both sides of my head.
In no time, I was a full- fledged DEMON!!!
"Now, that's more like it. Like father, like son!!!".
