Chapter 2 - Chapter 2

Since my childhood, I lived in a joint family of seven members. My parents, my one sibling grandparents and one paternal aunt. We are typical above average middle class family. Axon (father) is a service man with strong authoritative, introvert, disciplined and simply down to earth personality. Lily (mother) is a housewife carefree, extrovert free spirited and strong willed personality. Seth (brother) is studying with careless, adventure seeking, open minded, extrovert personality. Edward (grand father) is retired principal, with author, writer, introvert, disciplined and simply down to earth personality. Veronica (Grand mother) and Kristine (aunt) are both typical orthodox, manipulative, down to earth and overly prided women.

And lastly its me studying too with down to earth, humble in nature, introvert, disciplined, writer, strong willed, cheerful personality. I am someone who believe more in scientific facts and for me emotions carries value, rarely. I have never learned to express my self verbally as well as physically and if I ever thought of doing so, by talking or hugging someone, I have been ignored or always taught physical touch is not good at all.

Since my childhood days I have my upbringing in a traumatic, manipulative, insecure, aggressive and depressive family environment. In the name of friend I have no one except my diary, songs, books and lonely moon lights. Since I was a child I have seen my aunt at home and there would be a chaos (shouting, fighting, crying and taunting) at house on daily basis.

On daily basis I used to listen the hated words of my grand mother and aunt for my mother and father as these women have no good bonding with her as well as with father. As I was younger, my perception was may be there may be something wrong with my mother or father because no one will complaint without any reason. So, I would go to my parents and confront them and they always told me they did nothing and I used to get confused over it.

And such incidents continues to happen till I turn up to age 15. I would listen to them calmly, though I never liked it because all these complaints force me to hate my parents more. On the other hand I thought may be this will help my grand mother and aunt to relax by letting their frustration out.

As I grew up, my curiosity to know, learn and understand new things increased. So, I would go to all the members to ask them but either they would all be busy in their own bubble or in fighting with each other, they would ignore my questions. At the age of 15 I started getting comfortable with a girl who after a month become my best buddy and her name is Ani. She is in same class with me, with carefree, free spirited, extrovert, strong willed and open minded personality. She entered in my life, with roller coaster rides.
