The flaming ashes of phiona, which got stuck in his scales were kept in a glass prism made by him.
Recently the ashes he kept with him turned into a Phoenix feather, which he found strange. So he researched more about the Phoenix of Nirvana and realized that the Phoenix burns to a half-dead state under its flames every five thousand years but resurrects after another thousand years and lives for another five thousand years and the cycle will keep repeating itself, though for some times.
After much extensive research, he realized that his wife wasn't dead at all. She was only in a state of sleep after her evolution to a Phoenix, thus she was in ashes for five thousand years.
He cringed in embarrassment on realizing that he was fooled by the Prime celestial and his emissaries.
'If phiona isn't dead, then the sword of our marriage is still alive. I'm going to reunite with it, with her.'He thought and smiled but was broken out of his train of thoughts, when Liam was about to slap him, with his hand on bright flames.
"I'm going to look for my sword."Conan looked at Liam who had a silly smile on his face with his hand raised. He froze as soon as the celestial turned his head to look at him.
He had a lot of things in mind, but he kept them to himself for now.
He was daring, as all dragons are, but his was caused by the boredom that choked everyone in the Citadel.
"Okay..."Liam said not knowing what to say to it, so he decided to share his intentions "I'm going to create a harem."
Conan looked at him indifferently, "Go get prepared, it's about time."
He had lost all connection to his sword and phiona, making him doubt the possibility of them still existing.
And yet, he can't use a sword... Yet.
....
At the Sea Shore, now known as the Globe Shore by the babies, was an Air Vessel on a pedestal built for it to sit on.
The Air Vessel was of dark silver and had a discoid shape. It had dull purple lines and patterns intricately snaking around its circumference, standing tall at 20 ft.
The materials the Air Vessel was made out of were gotten from Dartale— The home of Nether energy and all beings that rely therein on— by the Dark-dwarves, higher species of the Dwarf race.
The Dark-dwarves are a nomadic race of Dartale saved from extinction by Conan a long time ago and he took them here, interested in their craftsmanship skills.
What was more impressive was that the items they craft were all nether attuned as they were born with high amounts of nether energy, which they use to craft.
Weapons and relics, made out of nether are the most powerful and cannot be wielded by weak minds. Their destructive nature is also nothing to scoff about, typically anything related to killing and death, nether energy is the best at it.
Apart from making weapons for killing, it is also great for making life-saving relics and that is why most blacksmiths sought to attain Nether energy to forge weapons capable of gaining sentience.
The Air Vessel was created by the Dark-dwarves, with Conan and Liam helping with the code array inscriptions and ideas.
Conan stood, caressing the smooth body of the Air Carrier, feeling the inscriptions, and checking if there was any error before setting out, so he could correct them if there was.
And since there wasn't any error, he went to a side of the carrier and placed his palm on its surface. Purple lines traced the outline of his palm and then a split appeared on the body of the carrier before parting ways to form an entrance, revealing the exterior for Conan to nod at.
The inside was spacious and was the size of a house, with six rooms and bathrooms installed in them, while on the outside, it was 10 meters wide.
On the other hand, Conan who is now in a mortal form, in which he sealed himself, found it hard to breathe, because he has gotten used to his higher form but he shrugs it off. He'll get used to it soon enough.
He bent and twisted his backbone unnaturally, feeling as the bones creaked and crackled, he smiled in satisfaction.
His skin was pale and his lips of a healthy pink, His reflective obsidian eyes reflected the cloudy sky as he bent. Even in his mortal form, he still had that otherworldly beauty.
As he was on stretching his limbs and getting used to his mortal form, a humanoid figure with a blue globe on its head came over.
"My Lord."The figure bowed and called out to Conan.
"Azu!"Conan beamed on seeing the Globe monster who had a more humanoid form now. Apart from his dull blue eyes with the little white eyeball, he could now be mistaken for a human.
Conan named the Globe monster Azu, and he named the others too but those had made families with each other and had different duties in the Citadel.
Azu had dark blue hair and donned a purple robe, standing 7ft tall, he bowed to his lord—Conan.
"I came to see you off-"
"Azu!"Azu was cut short of words by a sonorous and friendly voice. He turned around and saw Liam walking over to him with his arms spread out.
"Liam..."Azu displayed a rare smile as they hugged. Among the five of them, Azu always felt neglected and the one he loved ended up loving someone else. Since the day he evolved by the power of their Lord, which was also the day their Lord took the baby Liam in, they become fond of each other and Liam treated Azu as his uncle.
They separated and Liam breathed out sharply, he was also in a mortal form, and now his eyes were no more golden but yellow and most of all, he also felt suffocation but he endured.
"Azu, when I come back I want to see your child."He looked up at Azu and said. In this mortal form, Azu was taller than him.
"Okay."Azu's globe glowed brightly before dimming, he was happy with the advice but also sad "I haven't found the one."
Some time ago, when Azu saw the two females—one of whom he loved— among the five of them making babies with one of the other males, he almost lost himself to madness and was starting to drown in that darkness. He was about to do something bad, about to go mad.
But Conan was there for him, he fed Azu with mentality-shaping words and thus Azu became a man of gentle temperament, who only cares about making weapons. He became the more formidable among the five and he was now a master trident wielder.
Conan came to him and told him "Go to places with a high concentration of spiritual energy. Possibly, you'll find aquatic humanoid monsters like you there. It's not like we have explored this place to the fullest anyway."
Azu nodded "Will do, my Lord."
Conan nodded and was about to enter the Air Vessel when a babyish voice called out to him "Ol' papa!"
He turned back to see three people coming towards him. One was Zoe, Whose mortal form changed her appearance considerably.
Her hair was white, with little brown spots, and was bunned behind her head. Her eyes were amber-colored and groggy as she walked, dragging her feet in boredom and drowsiness.
She wore a long-sleeved shirt, with black pants filled with knife pockets all over it, and black boots, with a purple vest to top it off.
The buttons of the purple vest closed on her modest bosom, covering half of her torso. And the pants did nothing in hiding the attractive curves of her hips and the outline of her appealing buttocks.
Now in her mortal form, she looked grumpy. She was bored so much that she rarely sleeps anymore, and now that she was practically a mortal, the years of sleeplessness started taking a toll.
The one who called Conan was a girl...No, a lady with bunned blue hair, and curtain bangs.
Her skin was pale and smooth, her almond-shaped blue eyed did nothing to prove that she was immortal and with her pink lips in a pout, she came towards Conan. She looked girl-like, not lady-like and she was immortal. Now sealed in a mortal form by Conan like the others.
Her face was laced with annoyance and her cheeks were red "What's with this cute appearance?" She squealed cutely, which made Conan laugh.
"This is what you once looked like, kitty. You've gotten used to your immortal form that you've forgotten what it feels like to be a mortal."Conan replied with a sage expression and added "All of you had forgotten what it feels like to be a mortal."
"Except for me, "Liam muttered to himself.
Kitty disregarded what Conan said and looked at what she wore —An oversized, pink-colored puffy coat—She complained again "What's with this oversized coat!"
Her eyes were misty now almost as if she was about to burst into tears.
Conan's old heart melted at seeing this and he hugged her, caressing her silky blue hair, he spoke with a fatherly smile "Aw, Little kitty, I have my reasons. Your petty tricks won't work on me, just endure till we get there."
Kitty pouted and entered the Air Vessel grumbling "I'm so weak in this form, it's suffocating, make it stop!"
Conan ignored her and faced the other 'baby' of his "Loki, are you good?"
The one he asked was a young and cold-looking young man, his bunned hair was black, with two silver hairpins, His eyes were crimson and his skin pale.
He was in the same dress code as Conan and Liam; A purple long coat— the color emphasizing the nether transcendent energy and also their love for weapons and relics—Worn over a black vest and black pants fastened by a black, leather, armored loin belt.
He brought up the dress code and Zoe was the one who made them. The five; Liam, Zoe, Kitty, Loki, and Mia were the eldest among all the babies he collected and were the most powerful, thus they were taken out while the others weren't.
"I-i..."Loki tried to talk but he had immense difficulty so ended up stammering. He decided to use his hands to gesture what he wanted to pass through with his hands and eyes.
[... I'm good but this mortal body is weak, I can't talk in this form unless I satisfy my never-ending bloodlust.] Loki demonstrated with his hands then sighed a little.
Loki, a man of cold temperament, and an Asuraic bloodline was a full-fledged immortal. Some somethings cannot be reverted from immortal to mortal apart from appearance, which, for one, is experience. Their expert control over the energies.
Conan patted his shoulder "It'll be fine, just endure... okay?" He reassured with a benign smile.
Loki nodded and entered the Air Vessel. Seeing everyone was already in the carrier, Conan bade Azu farewell and entered the Vessel, its entrance closing as soon as he did.
In the Air Carrier, was the sitting room on the right, filled with comfy chairs, and on the left were seven different doors leading to the bedrooms, the additional one was for a certain person who couldn't follow them due to certain circumstances—Mia.
Thus, they started their adventure to the Mortal Realms...
