Elena bit her lip. She didn't know how to respond to these girls. When she attended school, she hoped she could make friends and lived a life of a normal student. She really didn't think about how people would judge her based on what they thought she had.
Now, obviously, if it wasn't for her bag, these girls wouldn't consider her important.
"Lucy, Angela, and I are friends from high school," Nima said. "We intentionally attend the same university. Usually, we have lunch at the café across the street. Would you like to join us?"
"We can go shopping and to the salon afterward if you want," Lucy added.
Elena knew the type of girls who were like Nima and her friends. There were some of those in her high school too. They usually didn't even bother talking to her because they only hung out with other rich girls.
They wouldn't give her a second glance because they knew her outfit was cheap and she came from a humble background.
