Spending some time with his daughter Richard left the Knight's mansion. Ashley too felt nice to meet her father after so many days and felt more delight when she saw how happy he looked when he watched her smile without holding back.
After he left Ashley sat with her in-law and chatted with them when Noah entered the house.
"Why is my son looking sad?" Grace asked reaching his hand for him and making him sit next to her.
Ashley who sat on the other side smiled when Noah pouted and gave Grace a side hug. When Alice introduced him as her nagging neighbor, she was quite impressed with the guy who managed to mess up Alice's composure.
She was like a queen who liked to keep boys on her fingers tip and make them sway according to her words. But in Noah's case, it was different. She had seen her go mad over his little things and she felt it strange that she didn't teach him any lesson for pestering her.
