Motel room
"The roads are jammed due to heavy rainfall. I think we need to stay here until everything is cleared" Karl said wiping his hair and turned to look at Gwen whose eyes were already fixed on him.
Their eyes met for a few seconds before he pulled away. He suddenly started to feel hot just by taking a look at her and he felt uneasy.
"Let me order something for us," he said trying to avert his thoughts and made a call to the reception.
Gwen watched him again ignoring her and that made her irk. She wanted to ignore it but now when she saw how purposely he was shoving her away she couldn't hold back and finally asked.
"Mister Assistant, did I do something wrong for you to ignore me," she asked getting down from the bed and standing in front of him with her hands folded against her chest.
