Familiar Strangers
Chapter 22
Today I officially resumed my job as his PA.
We left for the office as early as 7:am. forty five minutes later we arrived at the company it was the same one I snuck Into two days ago....we headed straight to his office, as we walked in all eyes were on us, the workers were nervous and surprised at the same time we walked past the reception and headed to the elevator, we stopped at the 11th floor. As soon as the elevator opened his secretary came to greet him " good morning Sir" she said as she looked at me suspiciously.
" Morning April .I'll need you to use the office on the 10th floor" " I'll be needing this office for
my PA " he said as he looked my direction. " O..oh is she the new PA?" She stammered. " Yes this is Arielle, my new PA" he said. Disappointment was written all over her face, she sure wasn't expecting the news.
Finally April moved her things. The office was prepared for me, as a PA it's only logical I stayed close to the boss's office. I guess April has been hopping she would be given the position. " If only she knew what it entails" I sighed as I leaned back and rested my head.
