"Elle, I'm done with all the reports for this week. Can you please print it for me? I have an appointment this afternoon." I asked Arielle as I headed to class this morning.
Actually, I don't have an appointment with anyone, it's just that suddenly this morning when I woke up, my chest hurt so bad, it wasn't paining like an illness or anything, it just felt sore and tight, it was very difficult to breathe.
When the bell finally rang, Arielle and I rushed to the cafeteria, she say she didn't have time to eat anything this morning.
"Looks like I'm not the only one who didn't stop by the fridge this morning," said Arielle.
"You mean?" I asked, not understanding.
"Look in the mirror, look at you, you're so pale," Arielle said.
"Really?" I asked again, I don't want to say much today.
Arielle finished packs of cookies and two boxes of milk for lunch today, Arielle's eating portion is a lot. I texted Jeffyin, asking him to come, sadly Jeffyin said he had to go to work on some things and couldn't see me.
Arielle and I returned to class, the next lesson was about to start.
"Why aren't you with Traynor today?" asked Arielle, probably because she didn't see Jeffyin.
"He's away because he has something to do, so can't see me," I explained.
"What? He was in the cafeteria, Aubrey. Sitting with his friends."
I was surprised by Arielle's statement, "Are you sure it's him? Maybe someone else."
"I've seen him for more than 3 years, it can't be wrong, he was sat quite at back, I thought you were having problems with him, that's why I asked," Arielle reassured me.
What's this? Why did he lie?
"Stupid playboy." Arielle cursed annoyed. "Don't think too much about it, Aubrey, playboys kind of type."
Now the pain in my chest is added to the pain in the head, Oh my God, what is wrong?
I couldn't concentrate during class, Jeffyin kept popping up in my mind. Well, I'm a nobody, we're not lovers or anything, but really, his attitude annoys me, why would he lie?

After today's class ended, Arielle immediately went to print this week's report, a little guilty for lying to her, but really, I didn't mean it. I was sitting quietly in front of an old piano, the pain in my body spreading.
"I don't think you're crying." said someone familiar, the owner of this place.
"I'm not," I replied casually, not looking away. I heard his footsteps approaching.
"Can you play it?" his fingers pressed a few piano keys, his voice was beautiful.
"In the past, someone taught me how to play this," I explained.
"So now you can?" he asked again, now he was sitting next to me.
"Now, I've stopped." I looked into his eyes. The glasses were still there, framing those eyes.
"But you don't hate it, do you?" he asked, his eyes still focused on the piano keys.
"What do you mean?" I'm still looking into those eyes.
"The piano," he turned and looked at me, "you don't hate it, do you?"
I was silent, not responding to his words. I put all my strength into grabbing his glasses, wanting to see them directly, his eyes. His expression changes when I reach for his glasses, but he doesn't push my hand away.
"What are you doing now?"
"I want to see it directly, your eyes."
But before I could take off his glasses, I felt myself fall and hit something hard.

An intense pain shot through my stomach and restored my whole consciousness, it was so painful.
"You wake up?" he asked, I was beginning to recognize his voice.
I touched my stomach because I felt something there, binding me.
"Leave it like that, listen, I don't know how to tell you, but I guess I have to," he said complicatedly.
I looked at him confused, really don't understand what he wanted to say.
"You, bleeding, a lot." finally explained.
"Oh, Lord!" I screamed out loud, it was embarrassing. "I'm really sorry, I'm sorry." I covered my face, holding back incomparable shame.
"Listen," he took my hand, "I'm really fine, don't worry about it, now tell me, you need something?"
I was stuck in my place, didn't know what to do, and didn't know what he was talking about.
"You sweat a lot, your face is pale, does it hurt so much? Tell me, what do you need?"
"Warm water, that's enough," I asked.
"Are you sure?" he reassured. I nodded in agreement. "Wait a minute, you can go back to sleep if you want." he immediately rushed away.
I took my cell phone, it's already 10 pm, there have been several calls from Jeffyin, he has been calling me since this afternoon.
"Why don't you sleep again?" he asked, emerging from behind the door.
"I have to get back to my room, really soon," I answered, then took the glass in his hand. Slowly I felt the warm water running down my stomach, making it better.
"Should I take you? It's getting late." he offered to help.
"Thanks, but I don't want to be any more trouble than this," I replied, smiling as best I could to appreciate his service today.
He paused where he was, before finally saying, "Okay," he let me go.
"I'm so sorry, about trespassing, your glasses, and this jacket," I said guiltily.
"No problem, I have a younger sister," he said, laughing a little.
"What do you mean?" I questioned, that laugh.
"Sorry, but you are like my little sister," he laughed perfectly now, "So I'm used to your behavior."
"My behavior?" I clarified the meaning of the sentence.
"Entering without permission, being unexpected and reckless. You should know your condition more than anyone, your face is pale, and I'll bet, your stomach has been hurting since this afternoon. Even if you think it's okay, it's better if you make sure, your date. You'd better find someone who can take care of you soon." he said at length like papa.
Now I'm the one laughing, if I hadn't met him on campus, I would have thought he was married and had kids. "Okay, I'll take notes."
We both ended up laughing together "You need to add one more thing to your notes, Deanis, my name is."
"Oh my," I quickly held out my hand, "Sorry, didn't get to introduce myself. I'm Aubrey."
"I know, first-year students, fashion major," he explained. "Believe me, there's no one who doesn't know you here."
It must be because of the scholarship, "Well, since you know so much about me, now tell me about you."
"I already told you my name, the rest you find out yourself, it's easy, it's not difficult to get information about me," he said too confidently.
"Okay, Deanis, but now it seems like a real goodbye," I said goodbye and left.
The night air hit me, I walked as fast as I could to my room, wanting to rest. Luckily I was able to stop myself from falling on the road. It's a very calm sight until now I continue to admire the beauty of the dormitory building. Even the stairs are very beautiful.
"Where have you been? It's almost midnight, I've been calling you since this afternoon just so you know." someone snapped at me, his face seems angry. He's standing in the spotlight, his blonde hair lit up.
"I don't think I need your permission to go out for the night or not even come home," I said not wanting to lose, really, I still can't accept him lying to me.
"Where have you been?" he asked again, his anger still high.
I am quiet. I didn't answer the question, preferring to stare in a different direction than him. Drowning in the night.
"Fuck!" he screamed as he hit my bedroom door hard enough.
I walked up to him, "What's your problem?" I shouted in his face. My body trembled, and I forced myself to hold on a little longer.
"I don't like you going out until midnight without a word," he said, I could see he was holding back his emotions.
"What do you care? Just mind your important business, I don't care and I don't think you need to lie to me. Just tell me if you're bored or fed up with me, that's better. We're not a couple or something, so you can't control me." I gave him everything that was in my head.
He paused, his gaze straight on me.
"You can leave when you have nothing else to say," I said slowly, I gently massaged my head.
He finally left without saying anything else.
