"What's wrong, Mister Tone?" asked Melody.
"There is no second name or full name. it's just Eden written here" answered the man still staring at the card.
Every student must have a full name.
Their full name is the only symbol that can display their identity from a different family.
When the invitation was sent off all the staff cautiously noticed "Full Name" after reading a brief description about the student and then sent the invitation.
How come a student appeared without a full name?
Both looked at each other for a second and then turned to the Lord who seemed serious.
"Let's move on," suggested Melody noticing that something wasn't right.
Tone picked up his speaker and called,
"Eden! please come forward."
Finally, he was here.
The boy in red lace stepped forth and stood in puzzle head in front of the higher-ups.
Even though, he didn't know anything he knew one thing for sure, to keep his manners.
"Good evening great Lords and Respected Principals."
"Good to see you." They nodded.
"Good evening to you too" he greeted the two secretaries. They also did the same.
They all accepted his greetings however; one thing was certain these higher-ups can sense which is odd about him.
"Please place your palm on the surface." instructed the male.
"Alright" nodded the boy.
Once he placed his palm on the table, a bright light shone in the entire hall, scandalizing each being.
Black lighting struck out of the orb immediately releasing a grey weave that damaged the entire scenery of the fantasy night world.
On the bright side, it didn't vanish.
Immediately, Eden lifted his palm from the table. He was shocked out of his skin, puzzled that what had happened.
Both the secretaries were shocked too by viewing this.
Bewilderment fell on the crowd.
No one moved or asked a thing.
Each individual forgot to breathe and blink by the weave that just shook them.
All were frozen on the spot like idols after viewing the disaster that struck when the boy placed his hand on the table.
The children were terrified almost going to burst into tears but the volunteer handled the situation expertly.
On the podium, the three people, Melody, Tone, and Eden check the Orb hoping for a clear answer or result to what had happened.
Perhaps something or anything it must have caught.
Fortunately, the great Orb successfully performed its duty by viewing a large crest within itself.
The power that linked when the boy touched the Orb was marvelous that it almost cracked the Orb as it still displayed the crest.
There was pin-drop silence in the entire hall when the ice broke out with an introduction,
"Eden Locker from the Black crest family, the top greatest, most glorious, and strongest family among both types Imperial and Freedom.
Listed in the highest rank in Nobility and power in the history of the resolution.
And the worst part, you are a Magus Bloodline with Level:-1!" spoke the Lord in the grave.
"Ah!" the entire hall gasped in terror to hear this statement.
Whisper began to resound in the area.
"Is he a Magus?" one asked.
"No way. All Magus Bloodline holders are massacred." replied the other.
"Their single blood drop wasn't spared I n t, his world," said a boy among the whispers questioning worriedly then how did a youth survive.
Then the entire hall twisted to the negative charge going in an uproar.
"He must be a fraud."
"That's right." Argued a creature
"Perhaps he is simply playing tricks on us."
"He has fake blood. He is just making up things!" added a youth blaming him for lying.
All agreed to the last statement when a question was used,
"But, that orb didn't lie to all then why a Magus?" remarked a senior girl.
This statement muted all the creatures returning to point zero.
Doubts and confusion arose among everyone.
How could there be a Magus?
They had no proof.
The boy perhaps was playing a trick on them or lying because it wasn't like the boy said he was one he didn't even say anything but, they realized it from the orb.
Why and how could this be?
The orb showed all their bloodline accurately displaying each and everyone's perfect no matter who came or how much.
It didn't even off or break down by checking this much number of people.
It didn't make a mistake in any one of theirs so they had no choice but, to believe that it was the truth, they couldn't keep false accusations about it or the boy because everything was clear a day.
On the other side, Eden was even left empty-headed. He was shocked not by the situation but, by the people's reactions around him.
His identity was real but, why wasn't anyone believing?
THUMP!
Suddenly, the Lord stamped his hands on the table loudly, echoing throughout the hall. He stood up asking in rage,
"THIS IS INSANE! In front of my sight, I have seen the Magus getting killed! I can sense the metallic blood scent today! There is no one left!" he argued with Eden who was dumbstruck.
All the Principals stood up in respect viewing this in puzzlement.
The atmosphere was heating up like a pressure cooker by these.
A Magus bloodline still alive was something unexpected and un believable.
It wasn't adjusting in anyone's head.
With a swift of his finger, Lord Angus ordered in rage,
"ARREST THIS BOY AT ONCE!"
The two secretaries immediately caught his arm pulling it behind his back puzzling him from all sides.
"WAIT! This is a misunderstanding!"
"It is not!" interrupted the Lord, glaring at him intensely.
"What?" shocked Eden looking up at the fuming Lord.
Lord Angus insisted, "you can't play such cold tricks on me! It's not a joke! Right here! Right now, in front of nine million students!
I demand you to prove me!
Prove to me similarly that you are the last Magus from the Black crest Family playing as the last member of them.
If not then prove to me that you are a fraud." He declared in anger.
"But, the orb just…." He retorted back trying to justify himself that it was the truth.
"Enough!" roared the Lord interrupting the kid's plea and shocking him.
"I don't trust that orb for now! I do not agree with all this! I refuse to believe! I want clear proof!
Give me some evidence. In front of all my people around you!
Prove that you are the Magus Bloodline holder!" He shouted his demand.
The Lord was so furious that he clenched his fist in rage firmly that his palm began to bleed due to the deep pricking of his nails even when they were covered in gloves.
He began to shiver as he said "Prove me, if its the truth I will believe you instantly however, if you lied! I will execute you on the next dawn!" came up a life-threatening deal.
