"You and I shall stand as a prisoner again in the 'Chains of Dedra' and then we shall see who will be the strongest King to rule my land" were the last words of the Magus Emperor.
A bright light shone when king Centzil threaten him that his darkness shall always win over him.
His last words were,
"We will see about that once I stand again."
A blinding light flashed through the entire area.
"AAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!" suddenly Eden woke up screaming. He sat up breathing hard as his vision tried to clear up, "That scene!" he said inwards while breathing heavily, "I remember... I remember now…. AH! Ah!"
He kept exhaling constantly his eyes opened wide as though they would pop out of his socket. His ears ringed for a long at his heartbeat sped.
"Are you alright?" called a female voice. He sent his sight to his right side and found a young lady, standing with a lovely smile on her red lips. She wore a long crinoline dress with a hat on her head,
"You screamed and woke up all of a sudden. Are you terrified by the nightmare you went through?"
"Nightmare?" thought Eden to himself as he was blank-headed, "About what happened back there? No that's not it…" he wouldn't speak a word.
"Don't worry. Everything is safe. It's going to be okay. Allow me to introduce myself, I am a teacher here" introduced the lady to her side, "we gave you an upper-class treatment. You will soon recover. Your name is Eden Locker, right?" she asked with a smile.
"mm..." was all he could reply.
"I am Margaret. I was assigned to take you under my custody."
She explained to him that he had stayed unconscious for three days which nearly perplexed every member of the staff that perhaps, you were dead.
Having Eden return to his sense really would turn everyone's relief to hear you are alive
"I think you are still petrified." remarked the teacher as she noticed the boy's expression of terror.
He didn't even share a word since he opened his eyes. He was all shocked plus locked in his sight on her as though he had seen a ghost.
She persuaded him, "I will head out to inform the great Lord about your recovery. He surely will be pleasant. Plus, there is something very exciting going to be held after three hours.
Cheer up!
You are going to be part of it too. I will send your uniform of the school in a nurse's hand. Make sure you change and catch up, okay?"
She waited for the boy's reaction.
Once he nodded, Margert nodded and walked away to leave when she paused in front of the curtain and said, "Oh! Yes, one more thing. Don't worry about getting lost in our school. Volunteers are everywhere to guard you all. Get a good rest and then catch up. Bye."
She weaved gently and left through the curtains.
Leaving the boy alone, Eden analyzed his surroundings, soon to find out that he was in an infirmary. He was on a bed surrounded by silky blue curtains, presenting as a wall.
His hands, head, back, and legs all were bandaged under his patient robe as he was seated on the bed.
His eyes floated down tears yet, he had no intention of weeping.
Covering his thin hand on his left eye, he said inwards, "I...I made it. I made it back in time. Now I remember a bit. That ability I used in the last minute. It did succeed, however..." he smiled remarking, "I won't recall all..."
When a reincarnation falls back to the date and time after he/she is been betrayed. They can recall all their past. They know exactly who was the foes.
Where was the mistake?
Who will be his sider?
How will he be accompanied?
How was his/her fate designed and
How to walk on the same road of life but with a new plan.
They hope for revenge since they are well aware of their struggle and planning that they would need, to again stand back on their feet.
They know how to get back what they had lost.
It's like copying one own fate but with a little twist.
However, Eden's case wasn't the same.
When he spans the time, his memories had been erased. He doesn't recollect what would take place or happen to him in the future.
Unlike, like a reincarnate. Who knows what shall happen the next day, his was all blank.
At present, he has to now create his life from zero just like he asked the system to do. His condition becomes similar to a normal person's when he begins his life.
The ability he used from the future called 'Time span' erased all his past thus, what was left behind was the day he activated his request.
All he could remember was the worse end and the call he made.
This shocked him out of his skin, hard to believe that he did manage to return.
Thou, he thought he was in the end, and yet, he made it out alive.
"So, it worked…"' stunned the boy looking at his hand, "but then why didn't I recall this earlier? Was it due to the sentences that man Roland repeated? Similar to that knight back there?
Why all of a sudden everything became clear? Do I have a sense of foresight? What happened that returned me to the real state?"
He wasn't getting anything clear in his head. Everything was foggy from painting a clear picture.
The boy sat in silence when a contest hit his head, "WAIT! Speaking about the 'Time span' where is the system?"
He shifted his sight around, scanning it when suddenly, it appeared in front including all the seven cubes.
"There you are" smiled the boy in relief adding, "My Magus system."
There the system appeared on its screen in front:
[YOU HAVE A MESSAGE IN YOUR INBOX]
[CHECK THE SECOND CUBE]
Eden shifted his view to the second cube that was smoothly spinning around him. He stretched his hand and touched it when it opened like a graphic folder, containing papers. He drowns his hand inside, pulling out tree transparent papers.
They had drawings similar to icons on them.
One had written [10 points].
The second had a stationary set.
Whereas, the third had a picture of a key.
Eden had to touch on them and they would appear in reality for him out of nowhere.
The system explained to him about the second cube:
[THE SECOND CUBE REPRESENTS A STORAGE CUBE WHERE YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR REWARDS, AND MESSAGES PLUS, YOU CAN ADD STUFF TO THE STOCK PILE]
[HINT: GROW YOUR SPACE OF THE STORE BY ADDING POINTS]
[1 SPACE EQUIPS 5 POCKETS]
[GROWING HEY:10 POINTS= 1 SPACE]
The boy nodded as he was getting familiar with the function of this system.
"System," asked Eden, "how do I receive points?"
[TING]
The diamond screen opened replying:
[BY LEVELING UP]
"Leveling up?" surprised the boy wondering, "how do I do that?"
[TRAGICALLY, THAT IS ONLY POSSIBLE WHEN YOU ACCOMPLISH THE MAIN QUEST LINE!]
[THE OTHER THREE QUESTS LIKE THE RARE, SIDE, AND SURVIVING HAVE NO LINK TO LEVELING UP]
"Wow, system! You are tough!" surprised the boy.
"So, if I can grow by leveling up, how much is my level anyway?" was his next question.
The system converted the diamond into a rectangular screen shape with the title: STATUS:
[HOST: EDEN LOCKER]
[HP: 10/10]
[MP: 10/10]
[CLASS: NONE]
[EXP: 33]
[ELEMENT: ESSENCE]

[ATTACK: 5/5]
[DEFENCE: 3/3]
[BLOODLINE: MAGUS]
[LEVEL: 0]
"ZERO!!"
