"Why is it zero, system?!" exclaimed Eden in frustration when a thought ran into his head, "wait a minute. The system gave a hint mentioning that only Main questline is capable of leveling up the host not the other three. To come to think of it, I only completed the survival quest recently" sighed the boy, commenting this makes all sense now"
[TING] a bell rang.
He gazed up at the system. It appeared another hint
[HINT FOR POINTS]
[YOU CAN USE THE POINTS THAT YOU RECEIVE FOR INCREASING ATTACKS, DEFENCE, AND SPACE POINTS. THESE ARE ELIGIBLE WITH A POINT.]
[REST ARE WITH YOUR HARD WORKS OD LEVELLING-UP]
"I see" learned Eden wondering where to gain points.
[IT DEPENDS ON YOUR GROWTH] was a direct reply.
"FINE" winning in his voice, he fell back on his pillow, deeply sighing.
Opening up his sight, the seven cubes were surrounding him, hovering around him.
"To come to think of it, I guess I am going to pass through a life of mysteries. People around me are all ambitious with their thrilling aims. The interesting fact is, I will seek all with my magus system even though, I would have to jump inside the mouth of the dragon."
He laid in silence, stunned about all that happened up to this hour.
One thought appeared in his question,
"Who saved me back there? I remembered I was in the wage of death when a fifth voice was heard. Strange..."
There was a short silence in his room when the ice broke with a call,
"Mister Eden, are you awake?"
"HUH? YES!" he bounced back to his seat unknowingly still holding the papers.
A lady passed in holding a box. She was dressed in a white dress, and the cap on her head displayed her job.
A nurse.
"How are you feeling, boy?" she asked with a smile.
"I am feeling much better than before thank you. By the way, I wish to ask for a contest."
"Go ahead" she announced while placing the box at the end of the bed.
"How did I make it here? Who saved me?"
"OH!" scandalized the nurse by hearing this statement, "about that" she answered with a helpless smile, "I am strictly forbidden to reply. I am sorry. There isn't any answer to it. HEHE."
"May I know why?" was his direct question.
"RULES…" a confident answer popped out of her lips.
The boy gazed at her with a frown as she smiled back at him in silent sweats.
Here both were sneaking at each other. The boy knew she was hiding something whereas the nurse was aware of this patient's intention.
Immediately, she changed the topic, pointing at his hands, "What are you holding there?"
"Am mm…...papers?" replied the boy. It seems she saw the glass papers and thus would soon question more but, that wasn't it.
"Papers?" surprised the girl, "but, your hands are empty. I don't see anything on it."
Here was the amazement. Eden realized at this point that NO ONE could see the system. It's equipment or the rewards. Only he was the one.
To his notice, one of his cubes was hovering and floating next to the nurse. Surprisingly, it passed through her without leaving the slightest notice.
His answer was clarified.
He immediately dropped his papers on his lap replying, "No, it was just nothing. I just place it this way."
Replying to this was the only way to satisfy his words.
"I see." nodded the nurse thankfully accepting his words, "Well, madam Margret sent you these school uniforms. She informed me to let you have some rest and then wear this. Help yourself. I will take my leave." Saying this she left away through the curtains.
The patient stared at the designed box. He leaned in front, getting closer to it in puzzlement about what could be inside.
Once he peeped inside, he gasped to find the uniform not as similar to any normal other school clothes.
Elegant, amorous, and outstanding fashioned design.
