"Please sit," Doctor Michael said and Caitlyn sat while staring at him.
"Ashley's former mate didn't just leave her because he didn't want the child or because he doesn't love her, he left because he had to," Doctor Michael said. Caitlyn swallowed the sputum that had congealed her throat. She cleared her throat before she talked.
"What are you talking about? Are you Ashley's doctor that you knew about her ex-lover? We came to this hospital because it's an emergency case," Caitlyn said.
"I live in Monterey County and I know precisely what the hell's going on here!" Doctor Michael said.
"Why did he leave then? And what the fuck is going on?" Caitlyn asked.
