It was early morning Hiu had just woken up and was fed his morning rations. He was currently getting out of the bath and wearing his lab equipment.
'God's spawn really is amazing. To think such a thing as a bathroom and shower were possible.'
Since Ju came into Black Rock he gave the archtects many blueprints from earth to be installed in the rooms of the staff. These rooms with earth-like features were actually the second wave he had made. The first ones were a simple bed and a table. However when he killed the first reserchers the lords sent to him he decided to create new ones.
However he didn't bother destroying the first ones and instead simply cut off the energy for the bioluminecent lights and forgot about it.
Hiu was walking out from his room in the direction of the main stairs and found one of his friends.
"Hiuu!" A petite looking small homin approached. Her face was the carved kind and her face looked like a mask. She also had hair and it was the short and curly kind.
"Oh? Hello Pia. Were you also coming to check on the "Ape" project?"
"Hmm? Ahh no i was actually on my way to damage control over at the "Lion" sector."
"Damage control? Wait has Fubre done something wrong again?"
"Yeah... He has been taking the "Powerfull" and "King" part a bit too seriously and accidentaly made it too big again."
"Sigh. Accidentaly creating something he can't extinguish... Maybe that is a talent."
"Yes i agree. Anyway these stairs are always so annoying huh?" Pia said massaging her knees.
"This is perhaps as bad as not being able to get out."
"Pia! Don't say such a thing!"
"Why? It's the truth!"
"Truth!? Humph! Where else in our world can we live like this!? Every cdntimeter of this space has been carefully planed by god himself!"
"There is not even a grain of sand inside this place and all of us wear clothes weaved by the Madam Of Arachne Ultima herself! Our food is served to us everyday at the same time always! There is no poison and it is as sweet as purple sugar! We perhaps live much better than a Lord! "
"Even these stairs who are our biggest complaint to this day even these tbings will soon become useless once God's Spawn finishes the MSGM!"
"...Hiu you should probably calm down more..." Said Pia as she felt her Co-workers high spirits draining her.
"I didn't say this place was bad! It's just my parents and sister are outside you know?"
"Even then they also get to live on the outer "Residential District" right?"
"Yes. I apologise. I just miss to be with them."
"Sigh. No need to worry, look at it like this. If you work harder and rank up you might slip them into the research staff in the future."
"Heh... Yeah! For sure!"
"Oh this is where we separate." Afyer climbing over 10 floors Pia faced a door with "11" written on it.
"I see. Come check out the "Ape" when you're done." Hiu said as he turned and kept going up.
Pia left behind replied with a louder voice to compensate for the distance.
"I will!" She opened the door and entered. On the other side Hiu could for a moment see covering the pure white walls thick dark liquid and he heard a short roar of a beast instantly ceasing as the sound of meat ploping on the wet survace echoed as the door closed.
"At least she could finish it off instantly."
'I just hope they clean it properly.'
Hiu kept climbing higher and higher eventually reaching floor 120 where he finally opened a clear white door almost completely blending on with the wall. Besides the door's handle everything was pure white.
Opening the pure door Hiu found himself in a giant massive room filled with black straight lines. Ceiling, walls and floor.
The room was so big he couldn't see the other side of the room.
Fog such as this wasn't uncommon in Black Rock but it was always impressive for Hiu and his fellow co-workers. The black lines were drawn to help the researchers locate themselves in the colossal room but also helped to add to the overwhelming feel of the room.
"Hiu?" A old voice called out.
"? Ohhh Trevo! How are you?" Hiu seemed pleasantly surprised.
"Hehe. I'm better now!" Travo had a cheeky smile on his face.
Hiu felt something was wrong behind the Homin's smile. He considered for a second and had a look of realisation.
"It can't be!" Hiu held a hopeful tone.
"But it is! The Ape is done!"
