Since Ciaran arrived in England he had been bullied, everywhere he went children his age hated and he didn't know why, he was cocky and not only could he handle himself, he was very smart not needing to pay attention in school and yet still get good grades.
It started in primary school and it was so bad that he had moved schools several times, he had gone to four different primary schools and three out of the four he went to multiple times. The last day of primary school he was stood talking to a girl at the end of the day, one of the main bullies Shaun was walking towards him, Ciaran still nervous had carried on talking hoping he would just walk past, he didn't though it didn't go how Ciaran was expecting it to.
Shaun didn't walk past, he swung for Ciaran but he stepped back and Shaun started to spin in a complete circle on the spot, Ciaran waited until he had almost made a full circle and as he was coming back to be facing him, he swung his right arm his fist connects right in the craves between the cheekbone and nose, Shaun dropped to the floor and of course that was obviously the only thing the teacher had seen.
As the summer quickly passes it wasn't long before Ciaran is on the first day of secondary school with all the bullies from primary and then what would turn out to be even move bullies. Ciaran managed to get through a full day at school without an incident, he gets on the bus heading for the town centre before needing to get a second bus home.
Ciaran exits the bus and crosses the road into a small park, the bus stop he needed to get to was only two minutes through and as he was walking through someone jumped on his back but they failed to bring him down, Ciaran throw him over his shoulder on to the floor and Ciaran didn't hesitate, he didn't bother to check and see who it was he just climbed on top and started throwing punch after punch, a rage just came out, one he never felt before. It was Shaun alone but it wasn't long before one of his friends came to help, they themselves jumped on my back and like before I threw him over my shoulder, now that there was a second person and more on their way over Ciaran got up and walked away with a great confidence.
In true tradition it wasn't long before Ciaran moves schools. At the end of the first term Ciaran had been expelled, why he didn't know, he had been in a lot of fights during the first term but that wasn't his fault, he had just been defending himself, but it seems that it was easier for them to expel Ciaran instead of a group of students because at this point it wasn't just children of Ciaran's age now, older kids had got involved.
The second school Ciaran attempted to keep his head down, he tried to go unnoticed but that failed, it wasn't both his intellectual or physical abilities that caused him to stand out, it was his flirtatious behaviour and he lacked the sense to care whether she had a boyfriend or not, he would flirt and if she reciprocated, he wouldn't care about anything else.
This School had not been as a bad as the ones before, Ciaran was bullied in this school as well but because he would fight back and he could fight, when they did attack him it would also be in large groups, Ciaran would go home on a regular basis with cuts, bruises and at times even broken bones.
The first couple of year Ciaran tried to manage his days by avoiding confrontations, he had found several subjects the he really enjoyed but by year nine all that was gone, Ciaran's school week would consist of arriving to School of a Monday morning and by lunch he would be suspended for the first week.
Ciaran had tried the whole bunking school but it had got to the point where social services and the police had started to threaten his mother that if I continued to fail to attended School, she would face repercussions herself and that could lead to her serving a custodial sentence.
While Ciaran didn't care about the consequences of his actions but he didn't think it was fair for someone else to receive a punishment for his behaviour, so Monday morning was always fun for Ciaran creating madness everywhere he went that by lunchtime they had enough and suspended him for the rest of the week, that way they couldn't punish his mother for his actions. This had not lasted long before he was expelled from this school as well.
At this point in his life almost everyone had given up on Ciaran and he had now entered the justice system at the age of fourteen, he was lucky to escape incarceration, a simple mistake that could have caused serious injury or even death to a lot of people if both the people around and the emergency services had not responded so rapidly and effectively.
Now under the supervision of a young offender probation office and another person to emphasises the mass amount of potential they could see in Ciaran, be it seen as wasted protentional and this bothered him like it had for everyone else to witness.
It wasn't long before Ciaran's probation officer introduced him to Fairbridge Solent, a charity for children with the school system for whatever reason, whether it be because they were being bullied or because they are disruptive, Fairbridge would on personnel and social development through physical, intellectual and emotional activities and Ciaran loved it all.
Ciaran started to get in to a good space at the end of year ten, so the last term they had attempted to integrate him back in to the educational by putting him in to a third school on a part time timetable, for the first four weeks everything went well, it went so well that they had agreed to allow Ciaran their full time but and there is always a but with him.
Mid-week Ciaran had walked in on someone bulling a friend and he was almost able to walk away until he heard the bully say "and Ciaran can't help you", can I not I thought, I shouted is that right, the bully looks in my directed as I was sprinting at him, he turned and ran in the opposite direction. I Started chasing him and we had covered most of the school and gained a lot of followers in the chase before he lost him, after that Ciaran headed to his science lesson.
Ciaran had got to his lesson he had even managed to take his bag and coat, he almost managed to sit on his seat before the classroom door opens and one of the followers pokes his head in and tells him that the bully was outside the door and that he wanted to fight him, Ciaran leapt forward and the teacher attempted to bloke the door, another teacher came out of nowhere and also tried to block the door but Ciaran knew what to do, this idea came from his brother Michael when they were kids but more on that later.
Ciaran dived under the legs of both teachers and the bully clearly wasn't expecting me to get through because when I did, he started running, this made Ciaran really angry and determined. Once again Ciaran is chasing the boy around the school, this time he didn't need to chase him for long as he reached the open space of the student entrance, there he was stood behind the headmaster with the assumption that would stop me.
Ciaran drops his bag and takes his coat of dropping it to the floor as he walks up to the both of them, Ciaran is totally ignoring the headmaster's requests to calm down and walk away, Ciaran walks up to them both and tells the bully to come from behind the headmaster, calling him a pussy and after a few times of asking, Ciaran tries to swing his right hand round the headmaster in a hope to hit the bully and not caring about his recent injury that needed surgery, one that he had prematurely took the cast off and only had a bandage on.
While trying to swing round the him, the headmaster had grabbed Ciaran's wrist which brought him to his knees, but before the hit the floor Ciaran's rage just grew and now because of the pain, his adrenaline peaked and in one swift motion while he stood, Ciaran swung his left arm up his fist hitting the headmaster under the right side of his jaw and he dropped, Ciaran now panicking because he was on probation and ran. The headmaster had to be taken to hospital due to a pre-existing back condition the sustained further injury from landing on the floor.
This was the last straw for those in charge of the educational system, they had expelled Ciaran from this school as well and there was no talk about any other or even where he would complete his GCSE. It wasn't until Ciaran's late teens that he found out that he had been enrolled in to a school designed to teach the most misbehaved children around, they had even marked him in everyday but never told him.
Ciaran was the only student to have a hundred percent attendance.
