I've been thinking of something to do in order to enter Shin Tech Group building and I thought it is really easy. But as soon as I'm about to made my way in there, the guards blocked my way and ask tons of things. Then when I got to the front desk, I also need lots of requirements.
It's not f***ing easy.
So, what I did is come to the main branch of Shin Tech and bought this oven that is over PHP 15,000 just to ruin it. Yes, you all heard it right. And here I am making a fuss about this.
"No! What kind of company is this huh!?" I scolded them. "Where's your manager?" I demanded.
"Ma'am, we can talk about this privately. Please, let's have our way in the office," the sales leader requested.
"No! I'm going to take a picture of this and post on my social media! I paid so much and this is what I'm going to get!? Where's your manager!?"
D*mn, I'm so embarrassed already!
"Good day ma'am, I'm the sales manager. May I talk to you in private?" another personality came.
I gulped, he's aura is too strong and formal.
"Y-yes! We should talk this out!" I answered in my loud voice to hide my nervousness.
We walked into his office and he suddenly put a think envelop on the desk. "We're going to give back your money with a percent interest," he stated in his cold yet formal tone.
My brows rose, "W-what? Pay me back with interest? Are you kidding me?" I mocked.
"Ma'am, it's actually isn't our fault why the appliance you brought got messed up. It was your own fault for I don't know reason. We can actually charge you on this. Take the money or jail?"
I was taken aback.
What I did is so embarrassing to the point I could die already.
At the end, I accepted the money and went out in there feeling so ashamed. It didn't work. Of course, they will do this kind of thing to protect their image. At least, I have my money back.
I was walking by myself on the street leading to the clothing factory that my sister said she has been working to get some information and here's what I found.
"Yes, Eri has been working in here for couple of years but in her latter months, some men has been picking her up in here," she shared.
"Men? What do they look like auntie?"
"They are wearing formal attires, what do you call that again—"
"Tuxedos?"
"Yes! That's right! With their fine black cars. And then out of the blue, she filled her resignation letter. She seems so desperate so, I let her leave the factory," she explained.
I sighed after hearing it.
Why? Why was she doing this? I hate it that I couldn't figure anything out.
After I walk out in there with that little piece of information, I walk to the library and went to the business and finance section. I look for something that is related to Shin Tech's business matters.
They are a real deal in the country, so I thought someone already feature them or made a whole book about them. Gladly, I found one.
I took that thick book out and give my feet a rest on the floor. I opened the book and started reading some of it. Of course, as usual, they started from a small repair shop in China and they manage to build an empire and now's dominating everything with their best inventions.
The current CEO of the company is their father and all of his children are in the US. But it is rumored that his second son will take over the company in this year after studying everything in the said country.
I closed the book and let out deep sigh. I don't have any knowledge about business but I need to look on this just to know them. What are their connections to my sister, actually?
I borrowed that book from the library before it closed and then head to the subway and it's almost the last trip. Good thing, I still manage to catch up the last train.
I bought some bread and eat while I'm waiting for the train and I don't even know how much I have sighed already. I feel so depress.
I heard the announcement for the last train and there are only few people in here tonight. I stood up and ready myself to get on when I saw this guy having so much paper on his hand.
At first, I didn't bother putting my whole attention to him not until he accidentally dropped it that made some of the paper flew away. He is about to reach a piece of it and I can already hear the train rushing in.
I run towards him and grab his bag pack that made us fall down the floor with his papers being flown by the wind caused by the train.
He's wearing thick glasses, has earphones plugged in his ear, wearing a hoodie and looking like a typical university student. He's eyes are intently gazing at mine that made me drown by it.
"Thank you for grabbing me," he whispered.
I smiled, "Be careful, it's not like I'm always around," I stated and then gets up.
I lend my hand to him and he reached it in order to stand on his feet. He then smiled, "Thank you again," he stated.
I just nod, "It's nothing," I replied, smiling. I looked around and saw his papers scattered everywhere. I started picking it up which he did the same. "Here," I said and lend him his paper.
"T-thank you—"
"Wait! Wait! Wait! Stop the train! No!" I shouted as the last train for tonight departed.
"S-sorry"
I looked at him, "I guess nothing's really going right tonight," I stated and faked a laugh.
"I'm so sorry!" he apologized again and even bowed to me.
I tapped his shoulders, "Pay me," I demanded.
"Huh?" he looked so confused.
I laughed, "Can you buy me a coffee?" I asked him.
He smiled and shyly scratched the back of his head, "S-sure, I can," he answered.
"Let's go then! HAHAHA!"
