"My King ,would you like to explain this."Mr Morris said bringing out the letter.
"And what might that be" Carlos said already irritated
"This is the letter we found at miss janette house with your royal stamp placed on it."Andrew said Confidently.
"and her friend ariel is here as a witness .So I ask you permit her in."
No commoner is allowed in the royal court before one must get in you must ask of the permission from the king.
"But of course you should let her in."Carlos Smirked
And this little action of Carlos didn't go unnoticed by janette".janette began to panic because she was scared of what the king might do to her only friend, ariel.When ariel came in ,her eyes sparkled thanking God janette was alright.
Helen the head council started asking the questions
"Miss Ariel did you witness your friend being abducted by the royal guards"
Ariel said "yes,I was on my way to meet my friend Janette when I witnessed how they forcefully dragged my friend toward the royal carriage"
What do you have to say to that, my king,
"I am as dumbfounded as you are,i and miss Janette are so in love hence the letter you saw was so she could prepare for her arrival I was so sad about the death of her mother and felt she should not be left alone in this critical time "Carlos said
"It is just sad she never shared about our love to you , which means she never considered you a friend and I am so sorry for that"
Ariel knew the king was lying,she saw her friend shaking , she knew her friend was scared but she didn't know why.
Miss Janette, what do you have to say about that" Helen spoke
No need to be afraid dear we are here to help"
Janette was so scared,her freedom is right in front of her but she knew the price to pay after that freedom was deadly, she could not put her dear one's in jeopardy because of her own selfish reasons,at this moment she remembers Evans words and she will be damned if she doesn't heed to them.
"No,I was not brought here against my will"Janette said this looking towards the ground
Carlos smiled he knew she was going to adhere to him but he was always prepared if she had not listened to him he wanted to show Janette he doesn't bluff
Janette continued "I found love in his majesty"
"Are you sure,Janette"Andrew asked trying to get close to Janette
Carlos saw this and got between them
"I am well sure Janette is not a kid and can make decisions for herself so if we are done here I advise you guys to take your leave I have matters of my kingdom to attend to"
Helen, Andrew and Ariel stood up to take there leave
I am indeed very sorry for taking your time" Helen spoke and would make sure the next time I would be well prepared"

Carlos knew the woman does not like him and he does not know why he has not had any encounter with her neither has he kill any of her loved one
"When you have any problems do not hesitate to write to me Janette" Mr Morris said
"If a problem was to arise I am sure I can take care of my woman's problems" Carlos said this putting his hands over Janette.
When the council were on there way out.janette begged Carlos to let her speak to Ariel to tell her everything was alright but he refused because he did not trust her at the moment.
